Awesome Product.
This thing is absolutely amazing. I have a very bad back (5 bulging discs) and some days hanging from this is the only thing keeping me from having a really bad day.

Great project but buy some tape for it
Won’t lie tough to install needed 3 people but it is super sturdy for the price and seems very high quality. Used it everyday for a year now, I would recommend tapping it for some extra grip.

Great, but... A more advanced DIYer will need to install
High Quality, welds seem like laser, and very precision, and the sliding tolerances are very nice. But... a more advanced DIYer will need to install. As Henry T. stated, the mounting bolt holes are too wide for a stud. I had to install wide, flat cleats (2'6" boards around 2' long) lengthwise, against my studs, to have a wide enough surface to mount the 8 lag screws into something solid. I did wall mount, not ceiling. Even on a 12''6" Glulam which I have in my garage ceiling, the bolt holes are too long, would screw into weak wood on the edges of the Glulam and again, would require a wide, stable cleat. For that reason, since I am on sheetrock on my wall, which can crush, I also needed cleats to spread the load, for sure. Seems sturdy and does not rattle or wobble.

Good quality - 48” hole spacing
Very well made and solid and holes are exactly 48” apart - getting ready to install, but it really seems to be quality and was a snap to assemble

Heavy duty, works well for any exercises
Heavy duty. A little hot in Florida, because it’s black, but not much can do here. I can use it for any exercises. 100% recommend. I tested with a guy 200 pounds - no issues ;)

Pull-up assistance bands with swing
I love my pull-up assistance bands with swing setup. I bought 2 of these to combine them together into one setup. I bought additional carabiners and connected both of them together to make one setup. In other words, I just use the bands, the swing, and additional carabiners I bought and I don’t use the straps that attach to the pull-up bar. I could use the straps, but I like my setup better using just the bands, carabiners, and swing.

Solid deal
Solid! I mounted this in my garage with 10 foot ceilings through the drywall and into the joists with supplied lag screws. I have it at full extention and it's just a hop to grab the bar. I'm 6' and 250 pounds and the bar feels sturdy. Great value for the money.

Not designed for Ceiling Joist install
For a ceiling mount this design does not enable an easy attachment to ceiling joists. The 48" span is deceiving, as you'd expect that works perfect for 16" on center joists, however the mounting holes are 2.5" apart, and are outside the width of a standard 2x joist. Unless you plan to build your own support structure, don't buy this.
