I was done with purchasing small bottles of this product at local stores. This item has much more of the spice and I use the bag to refill my too small bottle that had held the same product. The price was reasonable and I will reorder it when needed.

Omg, this is amazing! I've never seen a ginger powder like this before. I read the reviews before purchasing and concur that the powder sort of dissolves. The aroma is something deep as well; fragrances i've not previously encountered. And another OMG for the Price! I use Ginger before my main and only meal at night as a digestive aid to get my digestion to wake up. I only eat once a day so most of the day my digestive system is relaxed. I also add Ginger to my Peanut Butter. This 3 Pound sack should last me quite some time. I'm so stoked to have gotten such an out of this world deal. Imagine the amount of fresh ginger it takes to make 3 Pounds of Powder?
