Excellent Customer Service on the part of BearBack
My initial order of this product was filled incorrectly, and I was frustrated trying to deal with AMAZON to get the correct item. As a result I was issued a refund from Amazon. However, I received a follow up message from the manufacturer, BearBack, addressing my concerns and offering direct assistance in making sure I received the right product. Excellent customer service on the part of the manufacturer BearBack -- Amazon, not so much.

To have better skin.
This Bearback Lotion Applicator Roller is great, for the my back and I tried applying lotion to my legs, which worked greatly. I use the applicator all the time, especially for sun tanning lotion. This is such a great help to apply whichever skin condition I may have, at the time. Wish I would have known about this product a little sooner, my skin feels so much better!
