I ordered the Emma Matress during the Amazon Sale based on good reviews.Despite long waiting period of almost a month, and further delays due to Logistic reasons, I waited for the product since the price had gone up by about 30%, overcoming urge to cancel the order.However, I finally got it after about 37 days.Packaging, delivery was smooth. It weighs slightly more than 30 kgs and comes in a 3 feet tall cardboard carton, in a vaccum compressed state. Installattion was a breeze and effortless. About 5 hours after installing (unpacking, laying it on the cot and giving it time to decompress), I anxiously lay down and enjoyed a blissful night of sleep. The matress is slightly on the softer side (medium firm or medium soft?), but quite supportive and feels plush and comforting.All in all, it's a lovely product, well worth its price and well worth the wait. If I had to buy one more, I'll once again go with Emma.💕

Nice feel in sleep...But if you hav to sit on bed..It little difficult..due to very soft..

I was suffering from pain for long time at my back and in may parts of my body due to my improper sleeping and long hours sitting for my JEE Preparation.My sleep was not at all good.I wakes up frequently in middle of the night due to more discomfort.But now,I wondered that I was in sleep whole night in same position till morning.I don't even know how I spent the whole night like a second.When I wake up,I feel very fresh and active.All my pains got vanished.Proper position of body and gives support and proper alignment.It adjust itself according to our body weight distribution.Of course,this is a good bed value for money.

Do not consider this mattress those who need for soft comfort…. I just returned it…. The mattress build quality and the packaging is awesome… consider those who suffering with backpain… for good sleep go for soft matress like sleepy cat budget mattress
