Does the job! No fog!
I find it works reliably. If you spray from a distance and let it dry before using I’ve noticed it may fog a bit at first then clears. I’ve used it for a few week now (I swim 3 times a week) and I haven’t had to rinse my goggles once or take them off. Before this spray I was having to rinse them every length. I would definitely recommend and I will be buying another once the first runs out. No leaking.

Helps to see a bit clearer
It definitely helps with the fog but doesn’t keep my googles completely fog free. Might try spraying the night before. Quite expensive for just a small bottle. Especially if you are using it most days

Not anti fog/ they are when instructions followed to the letter
Rubbish used as instructions said, I got no more than three strokes into my first lap and they were fogged. Rinsed tried again fogged in four or five strokes. Absolute waste of money, would not recommend. Update I have now followed the instructions religiously, even down to measuring distance when spraying, and I take it all back. Have used them twice and the stuff works no fog, very pleased, admittedly the swims weren't too long but compared to when I originally wore them it works great.

Not working
I followed the instructions and tried it. It only worked for about 2 minutes then goggle was foggy again. Rather to buy a new goggle.

Quite impressive
Does what it says on the bottle, one spray in each lens and my goggles didn’t fog up once whilst I was in the pool (approx 30 mins). Handy thing to have in your kit bag.

Does not work!
I wished I had read the reviews before buying this! Basically, it does not work for defogging goggles! I have tried with rinsing and without rinsing, with towelling and without. And still no joy! Avoid buying this! I would go back to my previous type which worked well, but it is now discontinued for some reason? I will try some other type.

Works for a few minutes only
I may be using it wrong but I followed the instructions. It works as advertised for a few minutes but then my goggles fog up as normal. I do sweat a lot whilst exercising, but was very disappointed with the results. Any tips greatly appreciated.
