Turned it on after receiving it to test and it worked. Tried to use it tonight for the first time and it won’t even power on. Ruined the quality time we planned. Complete waste of money

Have owned one before and loved it until I took it apart and messed up soldering some wires. I was trying to separate the motor unit and its compartment to a longer wire and get rid of the shaft of the wand and separate the circuitry. The motor has a heavy metal weight that spins really fast and creates the jumping bean effect. It takes some getting used to but the plastic under is actually stronger. The different speeds are the coolest part and it is of medium to medium-high durability. once you understand a device's limits, like say a usb web camera, you learn how to treat it better and not break it.

The head of the wand comes off due to the vibrations and what's underneath is not pleasant at all! Not much power either.

The vibration isn’t strong enough to help any muscle pain
