Great bulb, great price
I can finally see in the dark!!! I was a little concerned about o ordering bulbs for shipping, however with deliveries from Amazon I have never had a issue. The bulbs are bright enough to see my whole outdoor deck to BBQ at night, yet not blinding, perfect.

Works!
Installed both bulbs in an outdoor light fixture, and they worked as expected. The brightness is about what I expected, providing good coverage of our deck and a good part of the back yard. This has been useful for our puppy that doesn't like going outside in the dark. The real test for these bulbs is coming up, when during the winter it drops below 0°F.

Nice glass construction, good brightness nice narrow pattern.
These have glass envelopes with plastic lens. I hope they don't develop leaks. Nice even light pattern, nice bright color temp. Seemed as bright as 100 watt incandescents they replaced. They are packaged in a dangerous manner. Dangerous to the bulbs. The way they are intermingled in the package there is no room for movement. So one of mine were broken when I opened the box. Box looked fine and was in another box with cushioning as I ordered more than one set. Amazon took care of a replacement making it not too much of a problem.

Can't use suction cup for installation
Be aware suction cup on pole for installation will not work you must use basket adapter for high ceiling broken 2 in attempt even purchasing new suction cup. Not Phillips fault just a dimpled surface
