Wicked tasty-full of good stuff too - only 20 carbs for 28 oz- This drink is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. -- So happy I discovered this! Love the low sugar content-has vegetable juice in it-big bottle size too-I am able to get my hydration in a wonderfully delicious way : ) Just one tiny thing-- it is the tiniest bit thicker than water or any other drink consistency (splg ?). Not a problem but I am super fussy and I like all my liquid hydration drinks to be 'thin'. When I mention this, it's just something I notice. I will not stop buying tho. I drank the first one without any ice , just room temp. So the 2nd one I had it with ice-cubes and was better. IMHO things are better cold anyways. I only mention to let others know of my experience with it. I cannot wait to try all the other flavours. I bought Body Armour LYTE. Same quality as when purchased at the store. I order items like this to send to family members that live out of state and that are unable to drive. Grandparents do not tend to drink enough fluids and these help to prevent dehydration when it is hot! Great prices. I love having amazon prime membership for free delivery! I do wish that Lyte came in more flavors!

I drink almost one a day! It’s very tasty and guilt free as this is the lyte version. It’s been great for keeping my hydrated during my pregnancy. Also has low sugar content and lots of vitamins/minerals that are needed for pregnancy. I like the size too. It’s not too big and not too small.

These are a good value and taste fine for a low-calorie/carb sports drink. A bit on the sweet side but without the sharp aftertaste of artificial sweeteners. I deducted a star because of the packaging: 1) plastic drink rings- why are these still being used?? Incredibly annoying to slice apart and wasteful to boot; 2) caps are impossible to remove without a gripper jar opener; and 3) once you do get it open, be prepared for it to splash everywhere because they are filled to almost the top of the cap. I will always buy these, though because I like the smaller 12oz size and, importantly Body Armor does not contain artificial dyes or colors.

I wasn't a huge consumer of electrolyte drinks until I started exercising and, specifically, running about 10 years ago. I'm not really sure what led me to Body Armor Lyte but once I tried it I was hooked! This drink packs a huge flavor punch for only 20 calories. Despite some reviewers' claim of artificial aftertaste, I wholeheartedly disagree. It also seems to refresh me better than water after a workout. Some flavors taste better to me than others. I've tried the Peach Mango, Blueberry Pomegranate, Tropical Coconut, Dragonfruit Berry, and Strawberry Banana and prefer them in that order. The Peach Mango is equally tart and sweet, with also equally balanced Peach and Mango flavor. The flavor profile of the Blueberry Pomegranate is a little less specific but does seem to reflect the fruits its name represents to some extent. Tropical Coconut isn't a go-to either for me to purchase or drink, but instead one of those flavors I need to specifically crave but it definitely hits the spot when I do. Just enough coconut flavor with a balance of fruitiness. I've never had Dragonfruit so I can't speak to the authenticity of the flavor, but it's a nice one nonetheless. I'm a huge fan of strawberries and bananas, but not a huge fan of strawberry or banana flavored things. I likely had this flavor as part of a multi-pack purchased at a warehouse club. It's OK but I would not purchase an entire package of it.The price point of Body Armor drinks is great when I can get it for $1/bottle. I try to always keep some Body Armor Lyte on hand for post-workout refreshment, but I also love to drink it as an everyday break from plain water, or to boost hydration if I have been lacking in water consumption.

Great quality, great taste. Low calorie, low sugars . I use this to boost my milk supply as it contains coconut water.
