Had a best before date which was only a few weeks after the date of sale

Our chemist was messing us about with our prescription for this so hence bought some back up. We would not be without this item. It is like having sudocrem in a spray. Fabulous for babies bottoms or for people with skin problems due to disability to prevent pressure sores. The price was fantastic as well.

An effective product although it gives a snowy powdery covering rather than the skin like one from cavilon. My only criticism is the size of the spray can and its texture. It is a shiny tin and I have to spray myself at the rear end. I find it impossible to hold the tin behind me and spray. Also when I took the cap off the spray nozzle came off too, and when I tried to put it back it sprayed all over the place and my clothes which was difficult to remove. Trying to get the nozzle back in it clogged up and wouldn't work. After a lot of cleaning and probing and washing I finally got it to work. By running some micro-pore tape around the middle of the tin I improved the grip. The whole point of the spray is skin protection in persons with incontinence from the back bowel and in its present form it is is impossible to use.

This spray has its uses but is not very protective as it is soft and easily rubbed off. I was looking for something to provide a strong protective surface - this product does not do this.

Speedy delivery and excellent product

I was recommend to buy this product for a care manager for pressure sores. My sister will not use a plaster for her pressure sore so I had to buy Sprilon to stop the sore getting worse. Fingers crossed it is working and the sore is dried up. (District Nurses refuses to visits my sister because we are not within the "Catchment Area"), anyway, I am doing my best to keep the sore dry and clean, I would recommend this product.
