Great little lights. Rated four stars due to the item missing part of the mounting hardware. There are two mounting options per the instructions, adhesive tape is Option A. The second which states "supplied" in Option B is two screws and two drywall anchors. Option B was missing in the box we received. Option B is the method I will use after I acquire the screws. The important part of the Option B is that the screws are very specific due to the mounting plate is the battery cover plate. The pre-molded screw holes are recessed to allow a flush mount of the cover plate to the back of the light assembly housing. So, the four star rating. Otherwise, the lights are perfect for use on our interior stairs. Turns on quickly and shuts off in a timely manner, casting the right amount of light on the steps during hours of darkness without having to turn on interior lights.

Love these little lights. I bought 2 and didn't realize there were 2 in a box so I have 4. I use them in both my bathrooms, one in the kitchen for that late night snack and one on my front door above the lock. These are not waterproof so not recommended for outdoor use, my door is covered so it works great. They are small and give just the right amount of light when activated. I intend to purchase more for my other places that need a little more light, the closet and the hallway. Also going to buy some for family members. You don't realize how handy these are until you try one.

So far these stick-on 3AAA battery Motion controlled night lights work wonderfully. I bough 2, 2 packs, putting them in the rooms where I previously had nite lights. I put one in a bathroom over a sink, one to cover the basement stairs, one, a little deeper into the basement off the steps, and one in a basement half bath. I will be buying. a few more for placement in the garage, basement shop, and other places. The main reason I bought these was that these are motion controlled lights, and will go off in 15 seconds, and when there is sufficient light, they don't go on. Excellent product.

This is one of my best ohrchsss from amazon thus far, which is saying a lot. One of them did not work so I had to throw it out which was a bummer and why I’m only giving it 4 starts BUT the rest work perfectly! They only come on when motion is detected and it is dark enough and then they shut off in a few seconds.

Installed these in my wardrobe. Works well. Wish the light was a bit brighter. I installed both of them in the wardrobe and it could be brighter. I had to purchase another one with more LED lights to help brighten the wardrobe when it's dark. I don't want to turn on the bedroom lights. I wanted these to provide sufficient light when I open the wardrobe.

I bought this 2 pack, but only 1 works. The other one worked for about a day. I really like the one that is still working. I put it on my curved stairway to help me see at night. It is a soft white, but not yellow. I think the next one I buy will be the more expensive amber colored one since it is the same price as this 2 pack which one didn't work so it might as well have been a single light. Hope the other one lasts a while. It makes me smile every time I walk up my stairs in the dark.

Those lights seem to detect my black cats better than they can detect me, and I'm so fair - skinned I practically glow in the dark myself. Maybe I am a vampire? Another theory - they just don't like Amazon batteries and are on strike...Second note is about positioning. I got them specifically for the stairs. If I position them 2 feet off the ground - they are so bright they are blinding. If I put them lower - they don't seem to detect me (but they detect cats). So I'm puzzled about this product, but because it didn't make situation worse - it gets 3 stars.

I love these night light. My 6 yo son woke me up to go to bathroom every night saying that he can’t get to the light because it was too dark. I don’t know why I didn’t think of these lights until now. It works great and turns off in 30 seconds. He no longer wakes me up. Hallelujah.
