I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a gazebo that is fast and easy to assemble.Having tried a number of different gazebos over the years – some with baffling diagrams or virtually no assembly instructions – and suffered through the frustrations of it taking at least two people twice as long as the instructions predicted to assemble, this pop-up gazebo is a wonderful find!Ease of assembly:Once familiar with the process, two people could manage to put it up in 5-10 mins (not including attaching the curtains). However, if you have a third person to help, it will move the process along much faster as it needs to be walked out, with the width and height gradually expanding as you do so. Overall, it’s a very simple, intuitive process and you will not need to get the instructions out the following summer.Design and Quality:I was pleased to discover that the canopy/curtain fabric is even better quality than it appears in the picture. The colour is a nice and neutral light caramel-coffee colour, matt and well waterproofed against the rain.Size and Shape:Fully opened the gazebo is a large, hexagonal shape, and diagonally measures approximately 360cm or 11.81 ft. The space comfortably accommodates a small table, a bench and two sun loungers, with walking room around.Pros: No complicated instructions. No bolts or screws that rust or warp and never quite fit properly after being taking down the first time, as with traditional gazebos. Fast assembly. Lasts well and so good value for money.Cons: None discovered so far!

I rarely have the time or motivation to write feedbacks on products that I’ve bought or used but just felt I should with this one. This is an elegant and practical gazebo which was a beauty to behold on our two special occasions so far (including this weekend of almost continuous rain) and still lined up for another shortly.It been four weeks and has so far withstood the weather (rain, wind and sunshine) over the short period since I bought it but looks built well enough to go the distance. It’s been a real delight. Can’t understand the few negative feedbacks that I read about when choosing this gazebo for my mother-in-law’s 80th (however not sure if they were unlucky to receive a different quality of the gazebo). Now delighted to have gone with its overwhelming positive comments on Amazon and made the right choice to get this hexagon gazebo (which I combined with a square gazebo and linked them into one another internally creating a wonderful combination). The delivery was swift enough (5 working days) and item was well packaged with gazebo in black hold-all type bag held in sealed cardboard box. The bag however has no wheels which is a slight negative but not enough to impact its 5 stars.Set it up with my son in few minutes by popping up thus (but please refer to manufacturer’s instructions): With Gazebo metal frame in standing position we pulled out half way, fabric roof cover put on and edges aligned to frame, frame gently pulled out fully to secure roof fabric to the roof metals at the edges, adjusting as required. Leg heights then adjusted for each pole and secured in chosen level of hole by pressing, sliding and releasing the plastic clip on the stand till hear the click sound. The manufacturer instruction manual could be better and made no reference to the side net coverings but I went with another feedback on Amazon suggesting its best to fix it from inside the tent with net inside out/reverse facing outside (see pic 5 taken from inside gazebo). The net also works well in the rain and a real joy at keeping insects out at night. Obviously a different story for keeping out quite cold weather. The gazebo stands/legs have four height adjustments (see pic 3) which helps to attain your preferred drop for the net and the gazebo as a whole. Fabric roof covering has small holes secured round with metal (see pic 4) which ensures that the gazebo is not lifted off by rush of air getting trapped as you see with some other gazebos. The holes however did not have water coming through when it rained. The rod and thread to fix the gazebo down are just basic ones that does it’s job on soft ground.Overall definitely a very good buy I must say.

Received well packaged and in order, you’ll struggle with any less than 3 people to erect the pagoda, once stretched out and clicked into place you’ll notice actually how big this item is, we didn’t experience any issues to be fair and apart from the occasional Velcro loop that we had issues with the pagoda looked beautiful especially with the side walls, we used it for our hot tub and are happy to recommend this pagoda for adding that elegant look to your garden projects, I contacted the customer care team regarding an issue with the Velcro straps used to secure the side walls who dealt with my issue promptly and courteously, I’m confident that the customer care team have an underpinning knowledge of their product so can resolve most if not all of your queries and issues.The instructions aren’t great but to be fair there’s no need for them as everything went intuitively and straight forward, I gave the legs and joints a little spray of wd40 via a cloth to keep moisture from causing any rust issues and will continue to maintain it through winter.I love how the whole pagoda folds down to a carrying hold-all size and easy to store and put away for the winter months.

Nice product, and easy to assemble with ony two people. Also looks good. The inner net takes a bit of time to tie up all the velcro straps. If you are using with gazebo weights that fit around the base of each support leg, I found that the only way to fit the inner net was to fit it on the inside, rather then externally, fitting the net on the inside means the net is reversed, however this actually looks better from the inside as it covers the black metal poles as well. Comes in a large carry bag. The ground spikes that come with are fairly basic, so would recomend 6 gazebo weights. Once up it has 3 height adjustments to suit. Even on the lowest height setting its high enough to stand underneath it.
