Not so sure it grew my hair. But it did give me strong nails like never before. I did get baby hairs . Unfortunately they fell out when I washed my hair. I am 76 tho. My hormones are definitely messed up. So it might work better on you. I took Collagen as well. It's not bad. I felt like my hair was thicker on one side. But then I don't know. June 8th 2025..... Went to get a haircut. First in a year. My hair has grown tremendously. It's still filling in, on the one side. It doesn't happen overnight. I took 2 droppers a day. I had like 4"-6" in the back.
