I bought it on Amazon from Dubai on 20 Nov 2024 to use in my land where there is no power supply and very far away from city. Initially, there was no issue at all. Except the use of a pan or tilt, can hear the motor noise a quite loud. Could be the reason because of I am using in jungle and quite place. Unfortunately, In January 2025, Camera used to face down for unknown reasons and could not be face up by the navigation option. Manually required to lift the camera to get the correct position. Reboot and reset the camera several times but no improvement. Then I tried to communicate to Genbolt customer service team. They asked me to provide the UID and password of the camera. Then technical team checked the camera online and confirmed that camera is not repairable by online and they will refund the cost of camera. That is lovely service from Genbolt. That is why I will buy again and will use it in my land again and again. Thanks a lot for GENBOLT TEAM

Hard to set up, instruction manaul could be greatly improved. Once set up it worked for a day then stopped. We tried to reset, remove the device and re add, but still we cannot connect. Have requested refund and waiting for sellers feedback. Wil update review and stars once they respond.

Çalıştığı esnada mükemmel. Fakat, Sim kart ile çalıştığından, ithal ürün kaydı BTK na kayıt yapılmadığı için 2 ay içinde bloke ediliyor. Süre de 1 ayı geçtiği içinde amazon iade almıyor. Bu sebeple kesinlikle sim kart ile çalışan kamera almayın. Satın alırken de sormama rağmen şuan hiçbir şkl de cvp veremiyorlar

En mi caso, puse una tarjeta del operador con el que funciono y programé la app con los datos de mi sitio FTP. Todo muy sencillo. Lo primero descargar la app, registrarte y leer el código de la cámara. Se configuró en español y sin ningún problema. He puesto varias fotos de tomas, todas en interior. Hacer notar que ese sitio no tiene luz pero cuando se cierra la puerta, la calidad de los sensores hace que parezca que hay algo encendido, ES SÓLO LA CALIDAD DE LA CÁMARA

Excelente camara, fácil instalación y funciona muy bien en un lugar donde no tengo la señal del celular al 40%.
