My grandson hates to have his hair brushed. His mom prefers some length on his hair so this makes the task even worse! This brush has definitely helped, even though he still cringes. As with any brush you need to go slowly. After purchasing this I found similar brushes at a local dollar store.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is it is hard to grip/keep in my hands when combing my wet hair. I have another brush that is similar but it has a handle so maybe I'm just used to having the handle. But other than that, I really like it. It detangles my mane with no problems.

Not as soft as the name brand tangle tamer. I wish I would have spent the extra money on the name brand comb.

Simply unbelievable. Yes it takes a bit longer to get through long hair, but it's almost completely pull free. My daughter (butt length hair) and son (shoulder length hair) are perpetually slumping down on the sofa to play games or watch tv and the result is horrid rats' nests in the back of their hair. This brush is without a doubt the best and most painless we've ever used.

Her hair is so fine and gets very ratty on the back on her head. This product has been great! It helps detangle her hair with no more tears!

This brush really works well with detangling my hair and my little girl’s hair. It detangles without the pain and without pulling our hair out.

Detangles but you gotta put a lot of work in, spend the few extra dollars for a wet brush instead.

Not very sturdy slips right out my hand when use on my tight curls. I use it to detangle after shower not good.
