It has 5 needles. 2 on each side and one in the middle.

What gauge are the needles?

Why won't Amazon send this to my address?

You will need to contact Amazon directly to see why, sellers cannot see your address until an order actually comes through. It would be best to use the Clover brand, but you may be able to use others. Unfortunately, we have not tested other brands to see if they will or will not work.
