Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed a walker that makes me stand up straight. I have a crumbling spine in the lumbar area. I realized that all of the standard walkers were making me hunch over to use them. At 5'10", I could adjust them high enough to keep this from happening. This walker has been a game changer for me. I have found the perfect settings to help me walk with my back straight. I can tell it's working as all the muscles around the lumbar area are firing, and frankly hurt. But it's a much different kind of pain than when I was putting strain on the lumbar. Normal spines have a curvature of 25-35 degrees in this area. Mine is only 9 degrees. This means that any leaning forward causes severe pain that then shoots throughout my body.There are a couple things to know about this walker though, that may affect your decision to buy it. 1. It is big and a bit cumbersome when putting it into or taking out of our van. The arms can be adjusted down easily, to make it fit in a slightly smaller space, like a trunk in a sedan. 2. The bag has to be removed in order to fold it up. The bag removes easily though, it's just a nuscience. 3. It's a bit heavier than the regular walkers, so it will take a bit more strength to lift it in and out of the car. 4. There are included handles that attach at a lower point on the "arm" extensions. I don't need these so I didn't attach them. I'm seeing a neurosurgeon next week to determine what comes next, but whatever I decide, this walker will be my new companion. Highly recommend.

Received the product well packed.The installation was simple. You have a multilingual installation book or you could watch the 4 minute YouTube video. It weighs a bit so you can tell it is well built. I'll see how it operates as being 6"7" the settings are at the max....I feel if it was a couple inches taller at the elbow rest....we'll see I could always add more foam as long as it looks good cosmetically and not a patch job

This walker is amazing. I had a very difficult time trying to walk any significant distance with my traditional walker. I have three collapsed vertebrates. Since I can now walk in an upright position I can walk much longer distances. I am thrilled with this walker. A great feature is how easily the height is changed. I find if I walk uphill I like the walker at a slightly taller setting. It only takes a few seconds to change the height.

The walker itself is great. I bought it to replace another brand (Oasis Space) walker that did not have all terrain wheels. This walker is lightweight and the adjustment to the arm height is one touch buttons which is much faster and easier to adjust than the previous walker I had which required rotating a screw knob on each side and they eventually stripped. Replacements were not available from Oasis Space and so far none of the Walker parts I’ve ordered off Amazon have worked.The one problem I had with this Walker is a wingnut for the pull down arms to use when sitting was missing. I tried going through product support via email and keep receiving emails saying I have not responded and my ticket is closed. However I did respond to an email asking me to repeat the ordering information and have responded each time the ticket is closed as email says I can reopen by responding to that email.Meanwhile they sell the parts so I was able to get it that way but they should also send me the one I originally paid for so I am rating this down to a 4 for the Poor customer service as this has been going on for almost a month now. On the plus side is the ability to order spare parts which my precious Oasis Space Walker did not allow.Back to the walker - it is very comfortable to walk with, it collapses easily to get thru narrow spots as needed and is easy to fold up and move aside when out in public and not needed. It’s also easy to lift in and out of a car. The solid rubber all terrain wheels have worked well so far on cobblestone and brick, grass and even when there’s sticks or gravel on a pathway. The previous walker I had, the wheels would abruptly stop if even small gravel were in the way.The upright feature makes it easier to walk and gives me the support my back needs. I have used these type of walker to travel by air as well. It’s definitely opened up my mobility. I do have another OASIS Space Walker with pneumatic all terrain wheels but this one is more comfortable to walk with and I worried if I travel by air with the pneumatic wheels the airlines may cause a flat when handling it.

The unit is very sturdy & stable, suitable for big & tall people; the large rubber wheels make outdoor use safe & easy. That said, the unit is a bit larger than I imagined & requires a little planning & care to negotiate doorways & tight spaces, but, then, I did not buy it for use in the house., Assembly was quick & simple & the finished unit was not so heavy that I couldn't lift it around & put it down to try out. I think some preliminary practice is advisable for new owners who are not already accustomed to walkers or rollators. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase.
