3 years ago I started my weightloss journey and lost 55lbs. Went from 193.5 to 139.6lbs. Than menopause started, even thought I hardly eat I started craving sugar, & being a diabetic that’s not good. I gained 21lbs back!! Even though I was working out the weight wasn’t coming off. That’s when I discovered the blood red oranges. So since I can’t find them here in NJ I found these! I started taking them on the 1st and lost 11lbs already. With proper diet and exercise! I am also taking GPL1 supplements and a probiotic. I am hoping these continue to help and it’s not some fluke for now. But I honestly have so much energy & I am starting to “Go” regularly, where before I would “go” and they would be small rocks. So give em a try!

Comencé a tomar este producto el domingo 21 de abril durante el día. Al poco tiempo me sentía rara, sentía como hormigueo en mi cuerpo pero más en mi cara y labios. Me sentía tan mal que me acosté temprano y cuando me levanté el lunes tenía mi cara y labios SUPER hinchados. Me eché mucha agua en la cara y labios. Me tomé un antihistamínico y no fue hasta variad horas q comenzó a bajar la hinchazón de la cara poco a poco pero no de los labios. Como a las 4:00 pm fui al médico y se asustó al ver mi boca tan hinchada. Me explicó que era muy peligroso pq si la hinchazón pasaba de los labios a la boca y traquea podia morir. “No estoy bromeando me dijo”. Me recetó Banophen cap 50 mg y Prednisone 20 mg Las tomé y cerca de las 9:00 pm comenzó a bajar la inflamación poco a poco y para la 4:00 am del martes se está normalizando. No sé si interactuó con lo q tomo de diario: Levoxil y una Estatina en dosis muy bajas y Vit C, D… Esta es MI experiencia PARTICULAR, con todos no necesariamente pasa igual. Pero al menor indicio de inflamación vayan al médico. Puede ser un asunto serio. No les incluyó una foto porque es espantosa. Las mascarillas del COVID fueron mi gran bendición. Porque todo el día del lunes para ir al médico y la farmacia tuve q cubrirme.

I spent over 2 weeks researching this product (googling all of the ingredients and the dosages level to make sure this is what it says it is). Here are my biggest findings. 1) Actiponin has real clinical claims and they are using more than the minimum requirement to make the claims they’re making. You may not realize this but most supplements do not. So many scams out there with products claiming to be the real thing but in reality the science doesn’t back it up. 2) the FDA doesn’t regulate supplements - guidelines only but you can put whatever you want into the market. Very scary so research is really the only way 3) Remember to stay focused on exactly why you bought this. This is for people who want to get rid of belly weight. Love handles, stomach rolls, all the weight you’ve carried with you for years and doesn’t come off from regular dieting or exercise.I should say that my insurance company does not cover this product but I think they should. Belly fat is very toxic for your body and there is so much research to back it up.OK, let’s talk about price. This is expensive. It’s not for every single person out there. Since I'm on a fixed income, I wanted to make sure this was something I could afford to add to my monthly budget. Here’s how I am justifying this, it’s working and therefore enhancing my life. And for that….. I’m willing to make the sacrifice for $40.00 per month (almost $500 yearly). I’ve spent thousands doing other crazier things to lose weight. The simple truth is this - this is a decision for me and one I feel really good after weeks of research. Lastly, I’m not being paid to write this review or care about the founder of this brand. If anything, that makes me not like it.

These were on sale so I figured I would give them a chance. Wouldn't buy them again didn't notice any change or difference. If they are not on sale I won't buy them again. Now I only used them for a month I don't know how long you have to be in them to notice a change.

Lemme Burn has really surprised me this product is amazing. I have purchased so many different weight loss products that was a total fail that does not help I quit with trying anything else for the past couple of years but one day came across Lemme and read up on it and decided to give it a try. So I ordered one bottle I am now on my 3rd week of taking it I feel so much better I have more energy and it has helped regulate my bowels not had any pounds come off but my clothes have been fitting much looser they were getting so tight and uncomfortable I have ordered a 3 month supply to continue to see what happens I feel great .

I'm on day 4 currently. I have started noticing I go longer without getting hungry, then when I eat I eat less than I typically would. Not sure if I have lost any weight , but starting weight is 125. I have not been able to lose this 10 pounds even though I eat alot of healthy foods and live an active lifestyle. Fingers crossed this can make it possible! Will give update after about a month if I remember.

Ok. So from a busy mama! That barely has time to sit and have a meal, these pills. Keeps me regular! No smell. The capsule has no after taste. & i love that i know i will need to go, within 5 min. Of eating the slightest, or drinking my cold coffee! Idk about weightloss. But a 2x fits loosely! Yay!!
