A good value twin extruder 3D printer.
I was impressed by the mechanical construction which took me about 10 hours. The major problem I had was that when the printer performed the auto home function using the positioning micro switches the controller board often reset or locked up. I have since found this is a known problem and a simple fix is to cut the NC connection to each of the micro switches see.[...] It would have been nice to know before I ordered some replacement parts to fix what I thought was the problem. In fairness to Amazon they offered me a refund or replacement unit but as I had invested so much time and effort I accepted a discount. There were a few other small niggles like screw lengths for mounting the stepper motors are a fraction too long and you need to add a second plain washer so they hold the motors properly. But Other than that it all seems to function correctly and I have had it printing PLA, Nylon, Polycarbonate as well as a couple of support materials Polysupport and HIPS. This printer needs some fine tuning to get the best out of it so may not be for the absolute beginner (This is my 3rd 3D printer) but so far it looks promising and for the price I would say it is very good value.

Nightmare
I would write a review about how this product prints, except I haven't managed to assemble it yet.Reading the instructions on the manufacturer website states I might need a file because "Some of the structure’s metal components might need some filing where the paint is thick, or where there might be small fragments left over from the manufacturing process."So far that is EVERY, SINGLE, SLOT.Even with very aggressive filing to try and open up the space, just about every component needs to be hammered into place which is bending some of the cosmetic features on the frame. I've watched the video setup guide where the parts slot freely into place, not so with my printer. Perhaps the paint is too thick, I dunno, but in several places I've had to file it back to bare metal and widen the slot which is very time consuming.Getting the nuts in place requires very precise handling, if you dont have it EXACTLY square it goes in on a funny angle and you cannot get it on the screw. So far the frame (I'm on step A4) has been launched across the room twice and I feel like I've wasted my money because it will be irreparably broken by the time I manage to fit it all together. If you have a short temper like me DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTEdit: Having now 95% assembled the device, I have some additional issues. There aren't enough screws. Some of the parts only have 1 screw in instead of 2 as I've ran out. The power switch also appears to be broken, going to have to buy another one of those. Some of the 3d printed parts (the z axis brackets) don't actually fit into their holes when clamped around the pole.If I ever get this piece of junk to print something I'll be amazed.I bought a cheap i3 clone 2 years ago, had that put together in about 3-4 hours. I've been trying on and off for two full days now and still havent got the thing running.Edit #2: Having now managed to assemble the thing, I'm proceeding with attempting to print the duel extruder calibration as per the user manual. However what is the point in doing the bed level if when printing, it just ignores the slight raise you configured it with and gouges through the tape on the print bed? I'm running a very old version of cura because that's the one in the user manual and it STILL won't level properly.Of course every time this happens I have to cancel the print, pull the glass out, retape it, raise the z axis end stop and then level the bed again.Having had a 3D printer for the past two years, I thought myself reasonable competent with them but this printer is getting closer and closer to being launched out the window.Unless you have the patient of a saint, do not buy this junk. It is poorly manufactured (parts do not fit together), poor instructions (I had to jump between the V4 and the V5 assembly guides), and does not seem to actual use the bed level configuration.

A good value printer kit that looks great and has a good costumer support.
The printer kit came in a nicely packed box, with anything you need to get you started except for the assembly instructions... These are available on the company website. The instructions were clear and available in pdf and high quality videos.I have assemble it on my free our after work. It took me a few hours to assemble it and a few days to tune it.I'm very satisfied with the results. would definitely recommend it.Pros:- Good looking- Excellent customer support- High quality video instruction and pdf.- Good community forum- Dual Extruder- Made in EUCons:- Pricey when compared to Chinese clones- You need a few of hours to build it (like most other kit)

nice diy 3d printer
I have one hellobeeprusa but I didn't buy it from amazon. I bought directly from the manufacturer, since I'm Portuguese and they are also so it was easier for me. ;)This is a great product, well designed and works fine after setting it up.I have a few friends that have this printer also. they are all pleased with it, although one of them thinks it was a little difficult to assemble but he is a rookie in 3d printing.

Great value for the money, but needs pratice
Very impressed with the machine and the prints it can produce.Although it took a while to make it print consistently, I blame myself for not studying enough before diving into the 3d printing world and as such I made several mistakes which caused jams, ground filament, bad quality prints. The dual extrusion takes a few minutes and tries to calibrate but works flawlessly as well.As for filaments, any filament that isn't too brittle works very well.Adjusting the side tensioner for the filament can be a little hard but with time you get the hang of it, and specially for flexible and wood filaments it useful as I can adjust how much "squeeze" is applied
