This was purchased to work my ankles for trail running. It works very well for that purpose. The hand holds are nice for if I ever want to do push ups with it.

I have not used the wobble board as it was probably intended to be used; I either hang onto something or used to stretch and strengthen my ankles sitting down. It does what I intended to do when purchased.

When I used to work out at a gym and with a physical therapist this item was used to help improve my balance. I've always looked for an affordable one for my home use. This is perfect! Not as big as the gym version but just as good. The goal is to strengthen the muscles that control balance. It does work. You have to build it up slowly. I start with just basic standing balance and progress to balanced squats. Surprising how much it helps prevent falls!

We use this during reading class

I use this for making some exercises more impactful, but hubby will often just stand on it while he watches tv like it is a fidget activity. We are happy with it.
