I found the idea of an exactly right, automatically updated clock extremely appealing. I still do, but this is not that clock. When you reset the clock it can take several minutes (for that, read hours and hours) to locate the radio signal and it will then bring itself up to the right time. However, within a day or so it has wandered off into its own dimension and is now showing what time it is in a world that is roughly four or five minutes ago. Repeat as often as you like and the result is always the same. I began to doubt the accuracy of the exactly right, automatically updated clock on my Mac (which I have trusted for years) but there was no need; it is exactly right and automatically updated. My wife keeps reminding me that this clock was a waste of money. And she is, as ever, exactly right.

This has proved to be a quality alarm clock that is reliable, quiet and easy to read. The clock is a nice size; it looks good at home and is small enough for travel too.PROS• Ultra-accurate. It self-adjusted to UK time within the first ten minutes and has remained supremely accurate. It is now the clock by which I can set all my others.• Handsome. It’s classic Bauhaus school of design (as you would expect from Braun).• No ticking noise.• The battery lasts well.CONS• The hands aren't luminous.• No second-hand, although this means the clock is quiet because it doesn't tick.• I haven't tested its robustness and would worry about any plastic clock's durability for frequent travel.I highly recommend this clock, and hope you've found this review helpful.

This clock looks very nice and compact but it is quite small. There are no luminous parts not even the tips of the hands or the alarm setting indicator. On the plus side if you press down on the main clock body then you can turn a tiny LED light on or off. Also pressing down on the clock body when the alarm goes off, starts the 'Snooze' feature. The alarm setting is like a flap on the top of the clock (main body), this takes up 70% of the exposed area on top of the clock. To turn off the alarm one presses the flap down. You may see where I'm going with this. A bleary eye'd heavy sleeper who wants to snooze can hit the top of the clock, turn off the alarm altogether, and turn on the light bulb. I think maybe they would like to have a think about the overall design. The plus points - it looks very neat and the blue is a nice colour. It is amazingly accurate to the time signal for UK and Eire, and had set itself even before I had finished reading the instructions. This is one of three alarms that I use, as it isn't particularly loud, which suits me and doesn't wake the whole house up. Overall the neat looks, the Braun brand (which I trust), and the ease of use means I like it but it won't be for everyone.

We like size of this clock, it adjusted to UK time in a few minutes as expected. Design good just as expected from Braun

I bought this as a duplicate of an identical looking one I bought years ago. This is *not* the same quality though.The two main problems are 1) the alarm hand is black on black with a dark-green, non-glow tip so it's impossible to set in anything other than bright light and 2) the alarm goes off 20 minutes before the time indicated.

i like the accuracy of the time keeping and the cool design

Non si riesce a impostare l'ora facilmente, occorre tenere premuto ma non sempre mantiene l'ora.Non sodisfatta. Troppo caro.

Le réglage de l’heure est impossible à réaliser.Le signal radio ne fonctionne pas.Le tout sans mode d’emploi en français... et pour 30 euros?!Je vais le retourner.

Dieses Model ,was leider nicht zu ersehen oder zu erlesen war, ist nur laut englischer Bedienungsanleitung nur für UK(united kingdom) nutzbar als Funkwecker. Und die Bedienungsanleitung ist auch für nicht gut englisch verstehende kaum zu verstehen. "Deutsche" Finger weg! :-(
