I bought this not sure if it would help. I sit alot during the day and have some back pain and it has helped some.

I work from home and find it difficult to focus at a desk which means I sit in an armchair and a couch for most of the day. I had so much back pain. When I first got this cushion, I used it at a desk, and the pain went away, but so did my focus, so I moved this to the couch, and it worked just as well!!! Back pain only returned when I stopped using it for a couple of weeks.This photo was taken after 5 months of use. It has absolutely kept its shape despite being used constantly. The quality is excellent, the product affordable, and I love the washable cushion.

I’m 5,10” and 160lbs. I use this in a Toyota Sienna. The cushion does eliminate my pain on long drives.My main issue is that it is a bit small. Mainly, it’s too short from front to back. Every time I get in, I have to fiddle and adjust to get it in the right position. Ideally, IMO, it should be about 3” longer.

This pillow saved my tail bone! I can comfortably sit in my chair for hours now. I wish there was an extra large size as the base of my chair is large. There is a gap between the back support of my chair and where the pillow stops. I simply put another lumbar pillow in that gap to give me the back support I need. If you have a regular size chair it will work perfectly for you!

Made a big difference in the comfort on my seat. For the money, cannot go wrong. Recommended!

Good quality, slept very well in the airplane. Had a 5hr flight and the cushion had just the right amount of support for it.

My butt and legs are still sore while I sit . Disappointed. If I sit perfectly straight with my legs in the contours it helps some but I don't sit in a chair with my back straight or never rotating a bit. With this pad, if you get your legs out of the contour grooves it hurts my legs.

This cushion is well made and sturdy. It’s comfortable and relieves the discomfort of sitting for long periods of time.I bought it to use in my car to add height to my too low drivers seat.. For that purpose it’s too thick. So I kept it and use it on my hard wood kitchen chair.
