60×180センチとありますが実際は62.5×183ぐらいあります。重ねてあるグレーのヨガマットは同じブランドの物で、表記は同サイズですがこんなに大きさが違いました。少し大きなものが欲しかったのでいい意味で裏切られました。 広げると波打つことなくビタビタに平らになります。折るタイプのヨガマットはどうしても折り目が浮いてしまいがちですがこれはこんなことなく平らになります。 床にもピタッと止まり滑りません。いい買い物でした。

I adore this mat. Not only is it cute, but it's highly functional as well. The amount of thickness is just right. It's comfortable, yet I am able to remain grounded. The ease of folding this up and putting it away is exactly why it's worth every penny! Despite there being no strap (as some commenters have wished for) I find zero difficulty in carrying the mat around when folded up. This truly is the mat to get if you want no fuss when getting it out and putting it away. I use mine on hardwood floors, and it stays put without any slips for the most part. When the floor is more dirty, there can be the occasional slip of the mat in the center with certain positions, depending on how I move my feet, but mostly, I have zero issues. Here's a cool tip: if you're doing something that requires more support for the knees or forearms, you can keep a spot on the mat folded and you get additional support in that area! You can see in the photo how I have the mat folded up closer to the middle and it really provides more support. This is such a cool feature of having a mat that folds up like this one. I definitely recommend it!

My earlier mat didn't feel sturdy enough and felt like my hands or feet will slip. But this one has much better grip both on the floor as well as with the hands and feet. Could have been slightly wider though. Storage is easy as they fold up nicely.

Super useful for yoga! Because of a stroke I have difficulty fully extending my affected arm and leg. The little boost from this mat makes all the difference in balance. I can easily move it around the mat where needed, sometimes using it unfolded, sometimes doubled up as needed. Downward dog under foot or hand. I even use it under my affected foot for squats while wearing shoes.
