This is a great projector for the money. I got it on sale for $350, but even at the original $500 it would be a good product. The only other projector I've used was much lower quality than this and the brightness and resolution of this product blows the other one out of the water. Here are some of the reasons for this 5 star rating: The auto focus and keystone is great. I have the projector at an angle due to the layout of my apartment, and the auto keystone picked it up right away and gets it just right. Also if you bump it and it goes out of focus or keystone then it fixes it right away. The resolution is good. I'm not really that picky about resolution but my last projector was much lower than this and so I needed the upgrade for use with my ps5. The brightness is also great: I could have the blinds open on a sunny day and still see the screen pretty well. Yeah it's obviously better with the curtains closed and in a dark room, but it does surprisingly well in a bright room. The pictures don't make it look super bright because I have bright lights on and the walls I'm projecting onto are not white or smooth, but I promise it's bright enough to get the job done and then some. Also the projected images shown arent that bright anyway, since they're backgrounds on the ps5 menu (don't mind the mess, I just moved haha). I've had this projector since mid December of 2022 so I can't speak to the bulb longevity but so far it's been great. This has built in wifi and Bluetooth, so I can cast my phone to it with wifi and I can connect to my soundbar via bt so I don't have to run a long aux cord. I haven't used the casting function yet, but if it works as well as everything else then I'm sure it's good. Tech support: I had a dark spot appear on the lcd within the projector this week, so I contacted support and they informed me that it was because there wasn't enough clearance on the side for ventilation, and as a result the screen was overheating. I was originally wanting a replacement product within warranty, and they were willing to, but when they gave me a potential fix I decided to try it and then when it worked I kept it. Also, they told me how to set it so when I turn on the projector, it goes directly to my hdmi input and not the menu where I have to manually select the input. That was helpful because it was annoying to select it every time. The built in speaker is also pretty good for a built in speaker. I haven't gotten around to setting up my soundbar yet after moving and the built in speaker has been working just fine for the meantime for general streaming and such. My one complaint with this product is that the remote doesn't work super well, but it works well enough and it's not nearly a big enough of an issue to take away a star. I just have to point it directly at the projector and be a little more intentional with it and it gets the job done.

I was actually shocked on the picture and sound quality from this little guy! No it’s not as good as my tv but it’s pretty darn close and truthfully it’s good enough. I’m using it on a projection screen in my garage for movie nights in the garage. The internal speaker is loud enough and the quality was above what I expected. I thought for sure I was going to need another source for quality sound when watching a movie but the sound was great from the projector for me. Very easy to operate and setup. The autofocus works well although I wish there was a little bit more fine tuning that could be done for focusing. The only thing I would recommend is getting a male to female adapter/hdmi extension cable if you want to hook up a fire stick. The power port on the back is very close to the hdmi port and you can’t plug the fire stick into the hdmi port without the extension cable. Streaming from my phone worked great. I did eventually put a receiver in my garage that had Bluetooth and the projector hooked up to it through Bluetooth no problem so now I can stream the sound through the receiver for even better sound. Well worth the money people!

Started out fine and has a decent picture but it’s been less than a year and the fan makes a loud noise and the image has spots all over it. A dark image shows white spots and a white image shows dark spots. I’ve contacted Yaber twice because it’s supposed to have a 1 year warranty but they don’t respond.

The Yaner 5500LUX is excellent at this price point and you should not hesitate to get one. That being said level set your expectations based on your requirements, this is a sub <$200 projector and must be used in a very dark environment to get the best experience, decent office projectors start at $399 and very good home movie projectors are north of $500 and can be in the thousands if you’re a videophile. I find it interesting when I read reviews of people calling products junk or giving the item 1 star when they are spending what amounts to a fraction of what a bulb costs in the high-end projectors but expect it to perform like a $1000+ projector. It’s like buying a station wagon to race F1 not going to happen. We do a lot of outdoor(nighttime) backyard movies on the weekends but not enough to warrant spending money on the higher end projectors. Over the years I’ve owned similar class projectors (<$200) that my kids use to display games or cartoons on. The last backyard projector (ERISAN PDW001W($100) projects onto a portable 100” screen, we used that projector for 5 years and it has paid for itself many times over considering what it costs to take a family to the movies these days. The issue I had with the older generation Erisan was the middle of the image was sharp and in focus but the image surrounding the middle to the outer edges of the screen always seemed to be slightly out of focus and texts from certain movie scenes (someone reading a letter or document in the movie) were sometimes unreadable, the other issue I ran into was that certain streaming Apps from the Roku would not play audio and so I suspect there were issues with HDMI encoding on the older projector. Due to these shortcomings and the occasional grumblings from my home movie audience I decided to search for another projector that would overcome these issues without going to the next class of projectors and break my budget. I came across the Yaner 5500LUX and decided to take a chance given all the spec where years ahead of my older projector. 4000:1 vs 800:1 and 800x480 vs 1280x720p native resolution, supporting 1920x1080p. We watched Ford vs Ferrari and was relieved that the picture was clear, bright and in focus from middle to edge with no image blur during fast action scenes. The attached images don't do it justice since the images were taken 25 ft away with my phone. I won’t go over what the other positive reviews mentioned but overall, we were impressed with the image considering they were giving a discount making the subtotal $110. One small improvement they can make is increase the resistance in the manual Keystone slider. On my unit it was a bit too loose so when adjusting I had to gingerly turn the dial to get it the required setting but very minor issue. The unit has a 3-year warranty which is extremely generous at this price given that I have a Samsung tv that cost 20x this and had issues after the 1-year warranty expired. The company will gift you 1 of 4 bonus items just for registering by email with them (I chose the Anycast adapter). Overall, an excellent product at this price point.

Habe mir den Beamer gekauft, da ich testen wollte wie das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist. *Bildqualität, Einstellungen und Ton sind top. Lüfter Geräusch auch vollkommen in Ordnung, beim Filmschauen fällt dieses nicht auf. Natürlich gibt auch noch was besseres in der gehobenen Preisklasse aber dafür zahlt man gleich mal das 3-5fache mehr. Für den Normalverbraucher (Kinofilme, Fußball) kann ich diesen Beamer nur weiterempfehlen! Bin super zufrieden. Nach 1 Monat immer noch sehr zufrieden und das Lüfter Geräusch ist auch leiser geworden

Si quieres dar el salto a proyecciones con buena calidad nativa 1080 de forma económica y con buenas prestaciones, este proyector es una buena opción. Yo me decidí por éste modelo por las siguientes características: ✔️ Resolución nativa 1080 con buenas opiniones. ✔️ Corrección de imagen 4D, es decir, con soporte para corrección Keystone (trapezoidal) tanto vertical como horizontal. ✔️ Conectores USB, para conectar simultáneamente hasta 2 unidades de disco autoalimentadas con soporte Fast32 y NTFS. ✔️ Multiples Conectores adicionales para HDMI (x2), VGA, RCA, jack A/V ✔️ Buena calidad y potencia de sonido sin necesidad de altavoces externos lo cual es totalmente cierto en comparación con otros que he probado. ✔️ Enfoque por ruleta y zoom por mando por lo que simplifica su colocación para un perfecto encuadre. ✔️ Mando incluido (sin pilas) y cable HDMI, VGA y A/V además de protector para la lente. Otra característica importante a la hora de adquirir un proyector es el nivel de sonido de su sistema de ventilación y este hay que decir que es bastante silencioso y nada molesto. He probado varias películas directamente desde el la unidad USB y las ha reproducido todas aunque algunas solo el vídeo. Supongo será porque el códec de sonido no estaría soportado y no investigué más para cambiar de pista ya que preferí conectarlo por HDMI ya que es el modo de uso que le voy a dar, sacando el audio directamente al home cinema, pero es un punto a tener en cuenta. También hay que tener en cuenta que no es un proyector LED por lo que el consumo y temperatura es algo más elevado pero a favor nos entrega más lúmenes (hasta 6000) lo que da un buen visionado aún en condiciones de luminosidad pero, como todo, a oscuras obtienes siempre el 100% de calidad. También me ha gustado que esté incluido un cable HDMI y a/v a RGB así como una gamuza para la lente que, por cierto, incluye también tapita de goma de protección para la lente. El manual de instrucciones está en varios idiomas, incluído el español, estando bien traducido y explicado. Según mi opinión, nos encontramos ante un buen proyector 1080 a un precio moderado y buenas prestaciones el cual no defraudará.

Good quality for the price paid . Surprised by the quality of the picture . Keystone correction is excellent and user friendly . I discovere YABER have an active after sales/support service which gives me a lot of confidence in their brand and no doubt they will grow as a company and produce better products going forward ... Hoping to some more portable projectors from them that could come handy when you are outdoors or travelling .

This projector is great - spent a good while searching for a portable projector and was going to drop double the price but came across the Yaber Y9 1080p LED projector and noticing it came in lighter(?!) than the portable ones I took my chances. This compact projector comes in a backpack complete with everything you need - it’s plug and play and is great for almost all of your needs. I included a biro for scale to give you an idea of size but this is very light and very portable! I tested the brightness during the day on the back of a black out blind both in a darkened and lit room and the image held up perfectly at a distance of over 3 meters. I’ve included some video of a dark sequence from a film to give you an idea of how crisp and sharp the image is despite it being daylight. I tried to project in daylight outside and this was just too much for the projector - but then it is for most - but night time in the garden is great!!! I run sound through speakers but the projector does a good job and the fan is very quiet too. Great product packaged well and the customer support has been fantastic too with an email arriving two days after registering explaining they’d up’s my warranty to 2 years! If you’re looking for a versatile projector that’s highly portable, easy to use and gives great image results the Yaber Y9 1080p is perfect

Si lo que buscas es recrear el look nostálgico de una película pirata este producto es perfecto. En esta clase de proyectores LED no puedes esperar que tenga mucho brillo o funciones avanzadas y dentro de lo que cabe a comparación de otros productos en su misma categoría, este no es un mal producto (ademas de ser estéticamente agradable), pero simplemente el problema es la publicidad falsa dentro de la pagina da a entender que la resolución que utiliza es 1080p. Ya al revisarlo en uso, después de la decepción al notar el problema e investigando en diferentes paginas web, encontré que la resolución de este dispositivo es en realidad 720p. Simplemente no sirve para lo que planeaba usarlo. Trate de hacer devolución y, mientras si aceptaron empezar el proceso, el costo de enviarlo para seguir con la devolución era mas de la mitad del costo de la unidad misma. Simplemente no es viable ya que adicionalmente no me garantiza la devolución de mi dinero ya que depende de una inspección arbitraria del vendedor. Pésima experiencia en esta ocasión.
