I love that it stays cool all day. I love the handle and the color lilac. My only complaint is the hard straw, vs a silicone straw.

I am obsessed with this cup, I bought myself one in sage to aid me in drinking more water. My boyfriend and I loved it so much I ordered him one in black. Today at work i dropped it and the lid hit the ground in just the right way that it cracked, but is still usable. I was looking to order a replacement lid though in case it gets worse and starts leaking. I couldn’t find a way to order just the replacement lid so I contacted them and within an hour they had responded and were willing to send me a replacement lid.My stepdad loves a coffee mug with a large handle, so we’re ordering him the coffee mug version for Father’s Day! I’m not one to take time to write reviews, but I’m so happy with the product and the customer service that I felt it was necessary.I will say make sure the drink spout fully closes because I’ve spilled a couple times, but that’s more operator error than anything. If it’s all sealed up properly it DOES NOT LEAK!

This works perfectly - nice handle, fits in the car cupholder, isn't so heavy it breaks your hand, and holds plenty of liquid (30 oz). It seems to be fairly leakproof, but I don't know if I feel confident enough to just toss it in a bag with the straw in it. I specifically bought in in the peachy pink color to keep my guys away from it.

The 30 ounce size is perfection. I got the pink and it is true to color. It keeps ice and water cold for 6 to 8 hours

Our daughter really wanted this cup for Christmas and I appreciated that it cost less than Stanley, yet looked similar and she could add fun accessories like a straw topper. She uses it for school all the time, and the 30 oz. size is great fir this small teenager.

I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my husband. Immediately, the one closure on the lid snapped off and I was using my husband's lid because he doesn't usually use a lid, and within a couple weeks his snapped off too. He also mentioned that while we've only washed his in the dishwasher a couple of times, his handle is falling apart. My handle is fine. I wish we could get replacement lids, as I don't like to drink my hot drinks without them.
