Customer service is an achievement... and they earned it!
Tldr: love batteries, great feature in a compact form. Buy a faster charger over 100ah. Customer service is the reason I wrote this reviewSo I have bought 2 batteries (120ah) and I love both! I used to buy power stations but never again. I've had 1 in use for a month now and am ready to make a report. All of the ports make it super easy to connect anything and everything. They add a ton of versatility and value! They included an Anderson connector with both batteries that I could attach to my existing wiring. The second battery also included an LD20 connector that I could attach. The 10 amp charger they send is not great however. 12 hours to recharge a dead battery is painful. Buying a 20-30 amp charger (make sure it's for lifepo4 batteries) if you have a 100-200ah battery makes life a lot easier. I do wish it were included for the price point but they're cheap enough. The battery had slightly different screens. They display the same information but one is more visible in the day and can be read from more of an angle that the other. Neither is a problem just something to be aware of.The instruction tell you that if the battery is submerged you can take it apart to dry it and repair it as needed. Not only is it a repairable device, they encourage it! I haven't taken mine apart yet (just 2 small bolts) but I get the feeling they would be as helpful as they could if I needed to in the future.CUSTOMER SERVICE 11/10I had some questions with the first and they responded very quickly. Their customer service team is informed, efficient, and friendly. The second battery did have a defective USB port BUT I let them know I had a problem and within 19 MINUTES they were offering solutions. They offered me a replacement or fair compensation to purchase an adapter of my own and allowed me to decide. Can we all take a minute and acknowledge how incredible it is to get answers that fast!!! I've waited for 2 weeks for a big name power station company to reach back out to me when I had questions. I wasn't even expecting a response the same day let alone in the same TV time slot!!! I could not be more impressed by their dedication to their customers. They also let me know that going forward they will set a benchmark of 30 minutes or less for replies during business hours and I think that is a commendable goal.I know it was long but I wanted to give my full review of the company and the product. I would gladly give them my money again

Great choice for the money!!!!!
This thing is awesome so far. Very durable and lasts forever before charging. I used it to run items off grid camping and ran my 30lb thrust trolling motor for 6 days without a glitch or slow down.

Not what you think you're getting
I liked the suitcase aspect and the fact that it's 36V in a waterproof case. I'm using this with a Newport NK300 so I'm thinking, hey, this will give me range. It's heavy but not as heavy as three 100AH lifepo4 in series.I've used it for a few trips and never got to the very bottom of the battery charge. Closest I've gone is down to 36V. As I'm full electric on the water I'm pretty conscious of this. What I don't like though is there is a surface charge of ~ 43.8V. which indicates it's full. 30V means it's empty. The NK300 has a throttle controller that shows the remaining battery charge. Once the surface charge burns off I'm quickly from 43.8V (I fully charge it until it's loaded in the boat when I'm going out. So it's full charge) to 40V.This made me curious. Even leaving the box alone for two days I can go back and see after a full charge (according to their charger) it will be 39.9 - 40V before it halts. So I cracked the box open. Pictures speak for themselves. You thought it was packed well, it's not. Hot glue on lithium battery pack. Minimal padding. In one picture you can see a series of LED's on a board (mother, daughter, hard to tell without really pulling it apart which was pointless to me) that are all turned on and running all the time. This a drainer of the battery. The blue lights are on the BMS board (with a little curiousity you can go to DHGATE and see for yourself). Of course and I haven't checked this, it is possible it is bluetooth as well because if you go to DHGATE you can find this battery listed on there and there is a bluetooth option it can ship with. That's definitely going to cause quite a drain on the battery because it's constantly broadcasting.I'd advise you to watch the voltage. It's getting hammered even when you don't use it. It's ridiculous. The idea was really great. I really loved the idea behind this. I was hopeful. But it's just not there. It's a disaster for $1K and minimal use. Extremely disappointed.I will have to see about returning this because it's not acceptable.Edit: I am outside the return window. So if you want to burn $1K you can definitely do it this way. The battery is a scrub for me. And I'm willing to bet it will be for you as well. Sometimes it's just worth paying the premium although I didn't know the premium that was on 36V batteries when I bought this. I'll likely just default to the newport battery for now. Out of everyone they are the most affordable for the AH and have a bluetooth in their suprisingly light battery block. I'd go through a dealer and not the manufacturer website for that of course. I may just rebuild the battery pack myself and do something different with the BMS at some point. The case already is drilled out saving me some time from getting it off of Harbor Freight and doing it myself.
