This product is great if you are into building and soldering really cool projects with circuit boards. I can't explain it any better than - a regulation board for charging back up batteries for whatever system you are building and designing.

Module shown in seller's photo shows typical USB charging module WITH battery protection circuitry. The item I received is missing the battery protection parts as shown in photo. Returned.
