customer service ist non existant. have been trying to activate this SIM for the past three days. the instructions were very simple, we just had to send in a picture with the SIM cards. received an email after two days that the card has been activated and a phone number but it is not active. the seller will not send any contanct information just directs you to t-mobile. customer service won't pick up. will be returning these. Update: finally managed to activate the two Sim with T-Mobile customer service after 5 days! I recommend purchasing a SIM directly from T-Mobile as the connection is very unreliable. There was no connection in Seattle downtown! When there is no connection you can't navigate or make phone calls. There were several instances when no calls could be made from both sims, it was unclear what caused the lack of signal since it did not work in city areas, so these were not calls placed in rural areas. The internet connection was also extremely unreliable during the entire month. We were within the metro areas of Portland and Seattle, so the is no excuse for not having a reliable internet connection. Will NEVER purchase again.

I travel extensively, so I need a card that works everywhere. Coming in from Europe I had the card promptly delivered to my arrival location, and so far it's working perfectly on my trip from Maryland to Iowa, with no service interruptions. Activation was easy and seamless. I'd definitely use this service again.

I have used these types of T Mobile one month SIM cards many times when visiting the USA. Unfortunately I went to "buy it again" and was directed, by the Amazon site, to a different seller, for some reason, - TravelSIM, - not "BigtravelStore" as in the previous times. I did not notice, and followed the instructions, and the SIM did not work. All calls directed me to the T Mobile help number. I waited 45 minutes to get a person, who was less than helpful, telling me to do what I had already done, several times. They could not help, suggested switching the phone off, re booting the settings, etc. after another call, only 35 minutes wait, .... same again. This was a waste of my time and effort and I will never buy from them again. The TravelSIM number was out of service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE TIME WASTERS. Buy from a more reputable one that has better ratings. I was mislead/mis directed by the Amazon site to Buy it again, but it went to a different seller. Very disappointed in both Amazon and the seller, travelSIM, and T mobile !!! :-(

I got a sim card for T-Mobile provided by fastsimtravel.com. When the SIM arrived, I thought I could just call T-Mobile, but that did not work. I had to deal with the vendor. I was worried. After sending them some photos of all the details of my purchase, and IMEI number on my phone, the SIM started working. Be advised that the activation must be made through the provider and be patient. Mine was working within 24 hours of attempting to activate through fastsimtravel.com. They offer activation via Whatsapp or email. They respond quicker to Whatsapp. I used the SIM while traveling in the USA. I used it for two weeks. My total data usage was less than 2G. I probably made about 15 calls. I bought train tickets, and did some other very important transactions while traveling. So, for me it was well worth it because my provider offers international roaming that ends up costing far more than the $25 I paid for the SIM. So, I am satisfied. Thank you.

This vendor's (GMS Team, GMS NET, [email protected]) technical support is exceptionally marvelous because they supported me even on Saturday, 8/22/2025, 1:13 AM PDT with excellent quality to resolve my difficult issues. I submitted the activation request around Aug 21 at 7:47 PM and set the starting time at 0:00 AM Aug 22, 2025. The technical support team responded to my request via email within 5 minutes. I asked more questions, and they responded in real-time speed even after their business hours. My SIM was successfully activated on 8/22/2025, 1:13 AM PDT, and works as expected. I really appreciate this vendor for their superior quality.

The product works good, if you are registered the card you can’t put you activation day anymore. So the 30 days starting direct. This company is not responding at questions.
