I appreciate that this lamp came with an instruction manual on how to use it for light therapy. It was easy to set up. It comes with a remote, which is perfect because I have it on the top of a bookshelf in my classroom. Rather than having to reach up to it each day I can just use the remote. It is very bright on the top setting, so I have it in my peripheral vision rather than straight on. It's strong enough to provide some benefit to my medium sized classroom. I haven't used the timer function, but this seems like a great lamp overall.

This lamp is awesome and easy to use. The brightness is easy to adjust, as is the colors of the light. My husband likes the bright white, but I like the warm white, so it’s convenient to be able to switch between the two.

My doctor recommended I get one of these since I live in the PNW and am originally from somewhere there's a lot of sunshine all year. I was skeptical it was a placebo and so did my research. This lamp had the right amount of lumens to meet clinical significance and has helped stave off SAD this winter, so far. It's very easy to use. There are 3 timer settings with different tones of light. It's small, light weight, and I can turn it on/off by touch control or by using the remote it comes with.

Came all dented up and theres no way to pop the dents out because the shade is sealed up top and bottom. Luckily most of the dents are on one side that can be turned to the corner, but the side facing out has a few too. Works really well, love the natural white light it produces from my nightstand. It does have a usb port on one side which I will never use, and I couldnt see in any of the pictures. The remote is awesome. I have it mounted on the side of the bedside table and it can be reached really easily when nodding off at night. It is ugly to look at because of the dents though so I cant give anything over 3 stars. Would be 5 stars otherwise.
