Powerful, well made stepper
I worked out for the first time today with this mini stepper. The foot pads are wide enough to support a large foot. I am a woman who wears a size 11 shoe and was comfortable. It has a small monitor to count steps and calories. The frame is metal so it feels sturdy as you step. After just 10 minutes I felt as if I had a full body workout. It gets your heart rate up very quickly, just what I need as I prefer shorter workouts with higher intensity. The twisting motion definitely makes the stepper more challenging. It also comes with resistance bands, which are good for an upper body workout or just helping maintain balance. It’s also mostly assembled, all you have to do is put the pulley part together, screw on the tension adjuster and snap on the little monitor. Very simple. Overall so far, $100 well spent.

Works great for all fitness levels. Worth it!
We weren't sure which stepper to get but read reviews and purchased this one since my wife's and my needs are quite different. We wanted one that we could both use without much trouble or adjusting. This one works great for both of us since the "adjustment" is really no physical knob adjustment but the adjustment or tension is all up to the user's individual strength and abilities: how hard and far down you can push the pedals and how fast you can do it. For those with less strength, the pedals are pushed down only a little and only as fast as they can. For those more fit and with strength, the pedals are pushed down with the feet all of the way and the speed can be increased for intensity. Works great - no knobs to adjust. For instance: My wife is petite and has a previous knee injury. When she started using it she could only do about 10 steps with each leg and could only push the pedals down part way - which is how it is designed for those with less strength. (As previously mentioned, there are no knobs for adjusting the tension - it is the user's own strength and endurance that determines that - a nice feature so that young, old and even the fit can use it.) At first she used her toes for leverage but after using it for one week she could do 50 steps with both legs and now she sometimes does it twice a day and can do 100 or more. It is definitely helping her build leg muscles without stressing her knees. She really likes the slight side-to-side motion which is more natural than the straight up-and-down motion. It is also a great work out for me since I can push the pedals down all of the way, step faster and longer. The counter is a nice added feature and easy to operate. Nothing crazy to operate - nor is it necessary to use the machine. Just get on and start pumping/stepping. Our legs get a good workout in a very short amount of time.Although the safety handle bar is a little too low for me - it is highly recommended for safety purposes - especially if you are older, weak or have any health or balance issues. It never hurts to have it for reassurance. Also the counter is on the handle bar. We do not use the arm straps. We are very happy we bought this one. Worth the extra money as it is built well and works well for all fitness levels and abilities.

Amazing & easy full body workout
Do this 30-45 min a day, 4-5x a week with diet & 10 min abs & stretch. You will look amazing. This one is great because the step height adjustable and it can go up pretty high which elongates leg muscles which is great for shorter women like me. This is my 3rd! mini stepper from Amazon. 1st one broke after 18 months. 2nd one broke too! This one seems to be made well and does not have the mechanisms that broke on the others. I only used it once but so far it's very quiet compared to the others. My only complaints, I am petite & I prefer to exercise barefoot; the pedals are very large & have hard plastic traction all over them. The calorie counter feature is not at all accurate, don't trust it. Would stilly highly recommend this stepper to anyone. Great workout. My favorite home machine!

An Amazing Workout Stepper!!!
I really enjoy working out on this amazing stepper because it keeps me very active. I try to work out everyday, and I try not to miss a day but sometimes I do. You have to be very consistent in order for you to see some results and a change in your weight. I use the stepper because I want to lose some weight and keep my weight down. When I first start stepping I felt kind of tired, but as I kept on going like by 5 minutes I felt more motivated to work out for at least 25 minutes. I'm not use to working out, but I have to have a positive mind set and to keep forcing myself to keep on stepping. It was very hard when I first started exercising on the stepper, but each and everyday I am getting use to it. The stepper does a great job at tracking the amount of calories that you are losing and also keeping track of time, and I feel like it's accurate. It was very easy to put the stepper together without any hassles. I like how you can adjust the height of the stepper which is so convenient!! I have mines at a low level. The stepper is very easy on my knees which I love. Make sure you wear socks or shoes when stepping on it instead of stepping on it with your bare feet because it's uncomfortable. It's easy to store anywhere especially if you have less space in your apartment. The strength of the stepper is very study which I feel that it would last for a long time without it breaking or anything happening to it. My only complaint is that it makes a loud annoying squeaking sound. I highly recommend this stepper if you are looking for something to workout on in the comfort of your home if you can't go to a gym because it's so convenient and it would make you sweat and lose some calories.
