Q: How is best to wash this ?

We kindly invite you to please follow these simple instructions to wash the garment: - Use a soft detergent or shampoo. - Dilute the detergent well with warm water. - Gently rub sweat marks with a towel. - Do not try to squeeze, just rinse it well. - Place it on a flat surface and let it dry in an open area, where the sun does not hit directly the girdle. We fully recommend washing it by hand preferably since using the washing machine could alter its shape and fabrics, also drying it outside should be the best option. No, vendría siendo talla M hacia abajo, pero este material se adapta a cualquier tipo de cadera, aparte la faja es muy cómoda no lastima, no talla el cuerpo 100% recomedada

Q: Is there somewhere that has the hip measurements? i need that cause i’m going to get mine altered after. i can’t depend on them saying its gonna fit

The hip sizes were in the actually pic on the left side of the description according to their measurement I would be in a XXL or something like that but I didn't believe it so I ordered a Large and it was still big... then I returned it for a Medium and I'm on the 3rd set of hooks. The only reason I won't order a small is because I have big thighs and I just refuse. I'm 5'4 and 199 with a 31 in waist and 40 hips....no alteration necessary... this faja really is snatched in all the right places.... hope that helps
