The item I had ordered arrived ahead of it's scheduled delivery. The packaging had suffred considerable damage. Slight damage to plastic tray on top of ladder. Also some small areas of rust. Photos of packaging/damage/rust were supplied. I reported the problems to the supplier and advised them that as I needed the steps urgently I didn't want to waste time with sending them back and waiting for replacement delivery. My reason for needing them urgently was because my husband had fallen from our old steps and we needed something more stable very quickly. I thought it would be a nice gesture if a small compensation could be offered but this was not forthcoming. I have been using the steps since they arrived and are of excellent quality with regards to stability and sturdyness. I was disappointed with the response to my complaints.

I worry at 77 climbing stairs let alone ladders. But I do feel safe with your ladders .Well done

Safe and reliable step ladder at a low price, even for the "big boned" gentleman.

I use these in a small unit with racking up to 2 meters above the ground.These ladders are pretty robust with the platform at exactly the right height for this size of racking but this height does make them a little top heavy and you don't want to be doing much turning or anything which will unbalance you.I find the handles (both sides all the way up the steps) extremely useful and despite the overall height (they have more metal than a 3 step ladder) they are fairly light which means they can be carried upstairs or from one side of the unit to the other, easily.One minor niggle, I didn't get the work tray with them, not sure if this was just my pair or is now standard but as I didn't really need it, I didn't pursue it any further.Everything considered I would certainly recommend them for anyone wanting to put smallish items up high, if you are intending to do a lot of work at this height, I would suggest investing in a more sturdy ladder with a bigger platform - just expect to pay 2-3 times the price!

We have been risking our life using our old step ladder for years - my goodness these are brilliant. So sturdy and stable. The top has a handy 'shelf' for paint pots, clippers, etc., and the treads are really wide. You can stand on them for ages without your feet hurting. They are very tall though and we didn't think about where we would stand them when they weren't in use - but that's not the manufacturer's problem!! They are relatively lightweight and easy to put up and down - even for little old me. They are well recommended and you can buy with confidence. They are perfect for what we wanted.

Brilliant purchase, we are delighted with the product and have now used the ladder several times with ease and confidence. Well made and a good price, arrived quickly and packaged almost properly, could have had a bit more protection eg., cardboard wrapped around it. Thank you x

Best and safest ladders ever.im 5ft 2 and have a chandelier in my extension and had to buy this to clean them.They are sparkling now.i felt safe and i love the shelf bit at the top where i put my wipes.A very well thought out design and very safe.I will never need t purchase another ladder.I might add u always pay a bit more for the best products and you wont find a better step ladder anywhere.They are light enough for me to carry
