Amazon Fire TV Alexa Voice Remote Enhanced (newest model), requires compatible Amazon Fire TV Device

Should have stuck with the Amazon Fire TV brand initially. Instead, I went for an off brand hoping for a cheap fix and saving 10 dollars but it would not sync to my TV. This remote instantly synced upon putting the batteries in and no additional setup or troubleshooting was needed. Very functional and at just a few dollars more than the off brand, works way better.

For the last 2 years the fire stick Max remotes don't get a good contact when you push the left right arrow buttons or the select button they don't get a solid contact they kind of make a little noise when you push the buttons. The contact under the button doesn't seem to hit Dead on and you hear a little bit of noise it's like the button moves on the contact in the button should not move or something's going on we're just makes a little noise that's been like that for a couple years that on those remotes for the 4K Maxx sticks. You guys should go in there and fix that on your next new batch of fire sticks that come out the older fire sticks for the second third generation never had that little small little wiggle noise when you push the button only the 4K Maxx remotes do that it does use the make contact to do the the movement that you want but it's noisy a little wiggly and makes a crunchy sound so the remote is just not designed good needs to be fixed please get this remote fix I know what the Roku remote they don't make any noise they hit contact there's no extra noise or anything going on it it hits real solid yours just seems to not hit perfectly and makes a little crunchy noise or noises of some kind when hitting arrow buttons and middle button it needs to be fixed and this is always been the remotes all all of them I get always have that issue please get it to the right person and fix it

We got this remote as replacement, so far so good. Its light weight and was a very easy setup that took less than a minute to connect. I wanted this specific version for the "Peacock" button so that my husband no longer experienced issues with his accent trying to watch soccer. This one came with a YouTube button where the Peacock button is on the picture. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. They tried!

Needed a replacement 4k remote for my fire stick. Gets a 5 star for the manner in which I got mine (let's not get into that, I don't have the wherewithal) and the fact it pairs with "dumb TV's" There's nothing "enhanced" about it though. It's the same remote you get from the 3rd party for 1/3rd of the price. The only enhanced aspect for me is that it works with my dumb TV and NONE of the 3rd party remotes do, which is appalling. One shouldn't be forced to buy $30 replacement remotes when they used to be made by 3rd parties for a fraction. I think we're paying for the "enhanced packaging" because the Amazon packaging was much more involved and actually came with booklets when one can easily Google or be guided by a setup. It's value for price is a bit off, it's as easy to use as the factory remote because it IS the factory remote. If you're wondering why I got a 4k fire stick with a dumb TV (no 4k), I got it for the faster processing speeds for Luna gaming compared to the older fire sticks I had. Cloud gaming needs a decent system to run off of and I read the 4k system was better for it. I'm guessing the 3rd party remote makers didn't assume there'd be people like me out there, or not enough of us. I don't know why this review wants me to comment on how it fits, that's pretty funny. I guess it fits my hand just fine? It fits my decor? It fits my tv? Lol
