Very functional.

Easy assemblage directions.Good quality. Easy to maneuver. Not too heavy

This was great in theory, but I had to return it because the shelves are very wonky and don't fit in well so it would make the artwork touch. It ended up smearing work and getting paint all over the rack.

The shelves are weak, so you wont want to put anything heavy on them. Also, they are not evenly spaced. Some are pushed right up against another. I am using it for sheets of glass, and it works for that. It would work for paper as well, just be careful not to put wet paper on a shelf that is touching the one above.

Takes up little room and has lots of shelves for pics to dry. Great value

Wire shelves come bent, not flat, and paper catches the wires when trying to insert photos. Essentially, there is too much space in the gaps between the wires that support your work. This wouldn't matter for canvas, or stiff poster board, but does matter for photo papers.
