Can it be used on metal is it waterproof please

I have never tried using it on metal, and though waterproof on many surfaces, acrylic paint can be washed off a china saucer even when dry, which is why china can be used as a palette for mixing colours. It is impossible to remove acrylics from fabric and it can be used to paint wood and plaster. As Anthony Hill suggests, try roughening the metallic surface to act as a 'key' for the paint and it could work.

Can we use this paint on a wall?

If it's an interior wall, I expect so, after all, acrylic paint is effectively pigment+plastic (acrylic). I don't know how hard- wearing it would be on an exterior wall, or how well it would stand up to weather conditions and temperature changes; you could contact the manufacturer.

Can i use this for paint by numbers on a canvas? I dropped the red that came with it so need another a-sap! It says the othere were acrylics

I dont see why not. Its good quality acrylic paint. Nice and thick so not too runny
