Great range, very comfortable, good battery life, practically indestructible.
Really good sound quality and comfort I would say the exact same as the HyperX Cloud IIs or better. Battery life is enough to go a good couple of days (2-5) without charging. Microphone quality isn't that great according to people I have spoken to while using it, although it sounds okay in my recording software. Overall, worth the purchase, if you want a comfortable wireless headset, otherwise go for a wired one because they are half the price. Edit: After 2+ years of ownership and pretty much daily use, I can say these are excellent and well worth the price if you take care of them. I've had a couple of issues, being my fault, yet the headset has remained strong and almost seems to repair itself. Firstly, I stupidly used them while in the bath and they got very wet, they stopped working completely for a few days, but magically started to work again, although only while being charged. A few days of that and then they were completely back to normal. I believe the quality at longer ranges has gone down now though because it cuts out a lot more than it used to, but then again this is only when I use it downstairs while it's connected upstairs. Secondly, there was one morning I woke up to find one of the ear cups completely detached from the headband and only connected by a few wires. I was concerned it was broken but to my surprise, I just pushed the ear cup back in the hole with the wires and it continued to function like normal. Overall, I am very impressed by the durability, sound quality and comfort of this headset. The range is also very surprising albeit inconsistent. It's connected to my PC upstairs yet it works in most rooms downstairs and even in the garden although it worked very well the first year or so, it now cuts out a lot. If mine ever breaks I will likely purchase the exact same one again. Edit: After 6 years of almost daily use now, these headphones are surprisingly still working fine, with a few compromises. I'm only just now considering ordering replacement ear pads, as they have completely worn down, which is to be expected after this much time. Also, both ears have broken the plastic holding them up, meaning technically they are just being held up by the wires, to fix this, I have simply duct-taped them in position.

Had fingers crossed... and it paid off!
I've had many gaming headset over the years from cheap to fairly expensive. Having gone through a stage of buying cheaper headsets because of expensive ones breaking quickly.. And being tied to this CABLE.. I thought IT'S TIME FOR WIRELESS! Getting the wire snagged on something, not being able to move freely, having limited range, wire connections points deteriorating with constant use then the connection failing.. WERE THINGS I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF! So i looked around, researched a few things and took a punt of the HyperX Cloud Wireless headset. And oh my! HAPPY DAYS! First thing they fit great, clamped but for me ( I have a large head) .. perfectly clamped, no excessive pressure and sitting nicely on the skull. Used them already for a 10 hours game session.. amazing. Very minor fatigue on my ears and head, nothing that taking the headset off for 10min didn't fix. Now the second most important thing in my book, The connection and sound quality... Here it excels too.. I tried bluetooth headset but on PC the connection has always been dodgy, they cut out and you get audio desyncs. These connect and you have a strong connection with no drops at all, the range is so much better too.. works pretty much all around my small house.. more than enough for me. The sound quality obviously not going to be the greatest compared to very expensive wired headphones but for wireless i must say i'm impressed, overall the sound quality is very nice, everything sounds as it should be without being to excessive, this includes the volume level too. It reaches a decent loudness but they aren't extremely loud.. something i would have liked for music. Which brings me to the battery life.. It's best feature!... With the red LED logo off the battery life is simply amazing..stated 30hrs at 50% volume.. I've experienced easily two days gaming PC and PS4, watching films and listening to music.. and it still had plenty of charge.. It charges fairly quickly too so battery life is never really a problem (and with that great battery life would have been nice to have a little more volume).. The mic obviously isn't the greatest being gaming and wireless.. but for what it is.. people have said they hear me loud and clear.. Probably it's weakest feature but it's adequate enough. The software is simple and effective, easily see battery status, only niggle would be nice to see the % will charging which is doesn't do. I used it with the wire connected to my PS4 controller and it works great with my console, works with smartphone too but only wired mode. So my overall impression after a week of hardcore usage. Out-bloody-standing! They are a joy to use i absolutely love them. Going wireless was the right move, the freedom of movement is extremely satisfying! These are exactly what i wanted and more. If you want a wireless gaming headset i would definitely put this in your contenders list.. Some of it's features are first class. If anything does go wrong i will be back to amend my review... If not ... They're good. I will be now getting the HyperX QuadCast™ standalone desktop microphone too as that has also had glowing reviews... And that will solve the microphone quality issue most gaming headset have.

Solid build, good performance, weak mic.
Bought this on offer for £95. Which at that price it comfortably beats other wireless options from my limited experience. Pros: Good build quality Comfortable ear pads Good sound quality Wireless function works well and has a good range Cons: Battery seems to run dead a lot faster than the software suggests on your PC. Lasts ages with the green symbol (high battery), but the second it turns orange it almost immediately drops to red and needs charging. Misleading battery status. And the battery in general is ok but not the best. Mic is quite poor at the price point. Good enough for chatting with friends but if you want higher quality for recordings, streaming, or other creative content, it won't hit the standard. Which is not uncommon for headsets but at this price there are better headset mics on much cheaper options. Overall it really works well for me. But I didn't need a quality mic so I was able to put up with the lacking quality there. If the headset wasn't on offer for £95 and was instead £110-120 I might have avoided. It's still a great headset at that price, but the price point isn't that competitive.

Brilliant product. Right ear died after 5 years of use. Will buy same model again to replace.
Edit: Below I say the headphones conked out after five years because only one earcup was working. It turns out the headphones are fine. It's just that each side has it's own battery (looks like a mobile phone battery) which I saw when I opened the non working ear to see if there was a lose wire. Turns out that the battery in that, right, side had run out but the other side still had some juice. I never experienced that before so I thought it had died. So looks like the headphones are working find. Here's to another five years of use and excellent sound. Edit to my edit: After more testing, it does indeed seem that the battery in the right ear cup is fading faster than the left. But fully charging fixes the 'one ear only' issue. However, the secondary issue is that the audio no longer plays in a balanced way. Instead of being at th 12 'oclock position, it's more at the 10 or 11 o'clock spot so feels unbalanced. I'm guessing that the right ear cup battery is not only losing charge quick, but also putting out a weaker power source when fully charged. I bought mine here on Amazon in May 2020 so I've had them for five years. I used them a lot in the first 3-4 years but not so much in the last years as I don't game as much. The right side just died so I'll have to replace the headphones. It's a pity as the rest of the unit is still in great condition after all these years. I would have liked such a product to just keep working fine as long as it doesn't get abuse as there isn't really any moving parts apart from the gimbal of the earcup which might wear the wire out. But I can't complain about the right ear side conking out after such a long time. It's a testament to how much I like this product that I'm considering replacing it with the exact same model. Especially as it's a lot cheaper than it was back in 2020 due to newer models being released. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 but I knocked one off for it not just lasting forever lol. Would be happy to recommend this to anyone.

Top quality product must read.
These headphones are amazingly comfortable and i am an avid glasses wearer, no discomfort after long uses at all however after a long time of use every day the fabric on the earpads will eventually (Like most other companies) start to get brittle and peel off the fake leather, to fix this i ordered replacements from Brainwavez: Angled Memory Foam Earpad in Hybrid Black. Audio quality is very nice for stereo users when plugged in however I always use them wirelessly and with spatial audio (DTS Headphone X) using the profile for HyperX cloud alpha as it is the closest, using in games I hear things most others don't and on spotify premium hear more sound stage than other headsets i use. The distance of wireless connectivity depends on the walls separating you, it is seamless in my room and fake wall partition and fine walking away to the kitchen but i know in my previous home the signal was blocked partially when walking to another floor overall much better than most other brands. If you feel like your leatherette headband is wearing you can also get replacement parts but be more careful replacing those as there are two clips either side of the headset in the band that will have to pop out, i have no problem with it yet but i do take in mind longevity with all my headsets this being my favourite i will find a replacement part that is not made of fake leather as any skin contact over time causes exceptional wear currently looking at the entire zip on headbands that cover the whole piece but if i find a native part i will buy that. Overall very very nice headset, love being able to wear it all day sometimes with no dropout and no charge needed, it is perfectly light and keeps my head feeling comfortable with no abnormal pressure from the headband forced on me even when wearing glasses. No faults at all other than premium brands offering not very long lasting headband and earcup cushions out of the box. Would recommend to anyone or perhaps the newer S model although if you are wirelessly charging you are not going to be using it anyway and i can if i have a long wire inserted while i game and the virtual 7.1 is a gimmick and i use spatial audio which is much better in comparison!

Has a few pros, however the cons heavily outweigh the pros of this headset.
Quite disappointed with this headset because I read so many reviews and watched many Youtubers recommending this wireless headset. Cons: - WHITE NOISE. At first I didn't hear any white noise, however after some hours of use I suddenly realized there was a constant static noise - no matter whether I have the volume high or low. As soon as you turn on this headset I can hear the white noise. After hearing it for the first time, using the headset became unbearable. It is always noticeable, however gaming and listening to music masks the noise somewhat. Although when watching or listening to music or a video at a lower volume, it's very noticeable. Browsing the web is a bad experience when wearing the headset... I want silence! I don't want to hear a constant background noise, especially considering this headset costs £120. I researched this issue and apparently many other users are having this white noise issue. Some on reddit have even said they bought another pair however the white noise remained. There are no fixes to the white noise problem (from what I've researched). - Ears touch the inside of the ear pads. This was immediately noticeable as soon as I first put the headset on and is very irritating and uncomfortable. I found myself wanting to take the headset off when possible because of the annoyance. - Charging wire is surprisingly short. I bought this pair instead of the newest 'S' version because it enables you to charge AND use the headset at the same time. However the wire (if I'd have to estimate) is about half a meter long. If you have your PC on the floor you're probably not going to be able to charge and play at the same time. In my case I used the USB port within my monitor to charge, however this was still inconvenient as the wire would dangle about in front of my monitor whilst I'm trying to play. Mind you, this shouldn't be an issue as long as you remember to charge regularly. - Wireless range is ok - but not the best. As soon as I walk out of my room, the headset loses connection. I was expecting to be able to go a bit further than that. - Plasticy feeling. The headset doesn't scream quality. It looks great and for the most part feels good. But if you have a large head like me, putting the headset on feels like you're stretching the plastic. - Volume wheel is a little bit too sensitive, but that's probably just a nitpick. - The price. £120 for all of the cons listed above is just a no-go. The white noise and ear pad issues especially. - Extremely basic software. The software enables you to change the volume of the headset and mic. It also lets you see the battery life of the headset. That's it. Pros: - Wireless. - Good sound, I can hear footsteps clearly in games like CS:GO. - Very lightweight. - Good audio feedback. Lets you know when the headset is powered on or powered off via audio cues. - Decent mic. Friends and teammates have no issues with it - no complaints. - Good battery life. Lasted an entire day with no battery issues. Just make sure you charge it every night. In conclusion I would not recommend this headset, mainly due to the ear pad and white noise issues. In fact, I wouldn't recommend any wireless headset because from the research I've conducted the white noise is a common theme amongst wireless headsets. Wish I knew this before purchasing, but saw no reviews mentioning this. Trust me, once you hear the white noise you will not unhear it! Does not matter what volume you have the headset on, as soon as you turn it on you will hear the static noise constantly in the background and playing music for example will only mask the noise somewhat. This is not the quality I expected for £120!

Fairly expensive for a mostly plastic feeling headset
After upgrading from my Cloud 2 headset, the wireless capability was a welcome addition. The range is fantastic and I often find myself listening to music and getting up from my desk to go downstairs with little to no loss of sound. There is very little controls on the headset itself aside from muting the microphone and adjusting the volume. the power button needs to be pressed for a solid 8 seconds in order to turn it on and the volume wheel is fairly sensitive and will often only go up 4 levels at a time. Gaming I play a lot of Rainbow Six Siege so being able to hear enemies footsteps is vital, the Cloud Flight headset does a fairly decent job of making the footsteps more noticeable however the volume needs to be at around 40 or above which means gunfire becomes unbearably loud. Sound Quality The quality of sound is overall pretty decent, however I've noticed a lot of crackling when listening to videos or music for long periods of time, other than that it isn't too bad quality certainly not the worst quality I've heard. Build Quality Unfortunately the headset itself is overly plastic in its design and feels very flimsy, especially when you try and put it on for the first time.

Well worth the money
I must admit I was a little bit hesitant in buying this headset after seeing the low ratings on this site. I'm glad that I did some further research to find out about the product as I think the headset is great. There are SO many options around this price range but I've been using the headset for about 3 weeks now and have some observations: Comfort Despite what some of the reviews say on here, this headset is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I wear glasses and don't feel any discomfort and the headset is quite light considering it's wireless. The top band provides a good amount of padding and the ear cups fit nice and snug. Your ears can get sweaty sometimes but I think this is the same for all headsets with this type of material. The ear cups can also be twisted so is very comfortable if you need to take your headset off. Sound Quality The sound of the headset is very clear and is especially good for competitive gaming. I find it easy to hear where enemies are located and shooting from in games like PUGB which I didn't have with my previous Steel Series headset. The bass on the headphones is punchy but not too overbearing and is perfect for listening to music around the house. There is a volume control on the side of the headphones which allows for precise volume changes. The only issue I've had with this is sometimes if I am taking the headphones off or adjusting them, I do occasionally change the volume. Range & Setup The range on the headset is also impressive, I can walk down a flight of stairs and almost out into the garden before I start experiencing connection issues. The setup was very simple. Just plugged the USB dongle into my PC and it automatically picked and set the headset as the default device. Battery Life I've not done a specific test to see how many hours I get out of a full charge, but I normally wear them with the ear cup LED enabled (this can be changed from ON, to breathing, to off by pressing the power button). I use the headset for 2-3 hours a day and have to change it maybe once a week. Microphone The microphone is the only thing I'm a bit disappointed with as it took some adjusting to get right. I find if you have the microphone not even that close to your mouth, it picks up a lot of breathing so I have to move it quite far away from my face which means if I'm talking quietly I can't always be heard. I think the additional of a pop filter over the microphone would improve this. Summary All in all I think the headset is a really good bit of kit. I can't explain how nice it is to go from constantly getting tangled in headphone wires to simply being able to move around at your desk without any issues. The build quality of the headset is of a high stand and is generally an all round headset. I would like to see some improvement to the microphone and also the introduction of some software where you can control the audio and microphone settings. There is also no way to see how much charge is left on the headset, it will just start to beep when it gets low but there is no way to tell specifically how much charge is left.
