Seller was FABULOUS when contacted. Issued free replacement and didn't have to send original item back.Design: I wanted a tent for my cat(s) that they could move around in and versatile. Cats appear very content in this spacious set-up. I like how item comes with two extra circle panels you can zip in to teepee/hexagon to make two fully functional separate tents. I'm 5'5", 140 lbs and able to crawl into teepee section to brush cats outdoors, which is GREAT!Set-up/Break-down: I love the storage bag and how compact it it. You don't need to work any magic to get items to fit back in the storage bag. I keep the tent on the shelf in my coat closet and it's hardly noticeable. This tent SPRINGS open when setting up, which is great! There is a SLIGHT learning curve when figuring out how to twist it to go back in the bag, after reviewing the picture instructions, it got it down to a science by my third try! Set up/Break down takes 5-7 min. Un/Zipping tunnel to teepee and hexagon tents takes the longest.**Durability: After dragging the whole structure a few feet one way or the other to reposition for cats on a flagstone patio on three different occasions, the orange fabric is fraying/tearing on the teepee and hexagon tent :-(. I reinforced with duct tape & problem solved. The orange fabric doesn't impact security so even fray, cats can't get out. Item is best suited for grass surfaces OR don't drag it like I did.OVERALL: I love the design of this item/versatility and can't find anything similar. Can't beat the prices but I'd pay at least $30 more for this item for more durable materials.

It would be great but there is a serious issue on the production line. One of the tunnels has the wrong side of the zipper sewed in so the entire unit can't be connected. I contacted the seller and they said to return it. I ordered another one in hopes that the problem was a "one off", but sadly, the new unit has the same problem. With that said, we'll probably still keep it because we can use one side and the tunnel together, then keep the other side for travel or smaller venues.

I finally had a nice enough day to put this together, and as I’m seeing happened to many others, only one end of the tunnel connects to one of the other pieces. Very disappointed. Will have to find another way to connect them so it will work as it is pictured and described.

My cat loves this! He always wants outside and this way he can be out safely. He is always supervised. The zippers are a little flimsy but since we always keep an eye on him they are no problem. I use this everyday. He is a much happier cat because he gets to be outsude.

I put the pieces together however one end of the was sewed incorrectly. Had 2 zippers on it. Could not connect it to the other teepee. What a shame it seems as if others have had the same problem.

Zippers are incorrectly installed. Does not hook up as expected. Would have been a great cage for the cat. But a really stupid design problem. The seller even sent out a note with the unit stating that this was probably not going to work due to zippers. They send these out anyway. Welcome to America !!!!

My 10 month old cat really enjoys this!! I am glad we got it.. pretty easy to put together.. Not a bad price either.

My cat loves her tunnel. She is 100% indoor cat but this gives her a chance to have fresh air while being safe. She loves being on our porch with us. We even hooked it up to our pet door & comes & goes as she pleases👍👍👍
