Great product for old valve replacement
Old school but very well made. I replace tons of old valves and I am telling you this is the only brand for two or three handle tub and shower replacement faucets .

Seems well made.
Seems to be a decent quality item overall. I think the shower head seems very lightweight and not as good of quality as the rest of the faucet set. I hope it lasts longer than the one I had previously. Same brand and product. Overall, happy with it for now. I mainly needed it for the faucet handles. Unfortunately, you can only buy the individual handles and some of the parts through Kingston's website, and the handles are $30 each. Ridiculous, especially since that is the part that failed the quickest. We'll see how well this holds up.

Leaks
This faucet is manufactured with the old style design. No matter how tight you tighten the fittings you can't stop it from leaking. You get what you pay for. Also i thought it would be a ball and valve design for the shut-off its not it has flat seals after a while they start leaking.

Great product. Excellent price.
Great quality for the price. Looks very well made and installed without a problem. I didn't use the shower head though since I kept my old one.

Horrible set. Get a different brand.
Shower head doesn't spray water from all sides no matter how you turn the knob in it.Shower knobs need turned A LOT to turn on or off the water.Tub faucet leaks and the tab you pull up for the shower to turn on is flimsy and doesn't fall when you turn the shower off. Plus it doesn't fully stop water from coming out of the faucet during a shower. The only good part was the in wall replacement pieces. It is installed and used now so there is nothing I can do to return it. I am highly disappointed in this brand and will not purchase again.Oh it also never fully turns off and always leaks.

5 star for sure
As a plumber, 3 and three handle tub and shower faucets are harder to find. The two I use most are well known household names. This is by far superior to both brands. I would install this in my own home of needed.

Definitely cheap, but it works...
Pros:- It's cheap $$$- Good water flow through the head (not hyper-restricted to the point of not working as a shower like many "green" heads are. I turn off the water when not using it, so I want GOOD water when the valves are on!Cons:- APPEARANCE -- It's cheap construction... looks like plastic.- BAD FUNCTION -- cheap "arm" -- the shower head is integral to the supplied arm, so if you'd EVER change the head, replace the arm NOW while installing it. You don't want to try to fish into the wall for the elbow fitting at some later time, and find out it's leaking where you can't see it when water drops through the floor. IMHO, with how often people change the showerhead for preferences, heads should NEVER be permanently part of the arm!- BAD INSTALL -- The valve escutcheons (silver part behind the clear handles) mount via threaded tubes that screw into the valve body and each escutcheon. In my installation, the thickness of the wall put those out on the VERY ends of the screw-tube's length, despite being within the range allowed by the directions. I don't really trust how well these will stay put long term, held in by such flimsy plastic tubes. Kingston should make them metal, and MUCH longer (let users hacksaw to desired length, not run out of flimsy threads).- HIDDEN EXPENSE FOR CHEAP FITTINGS -- The valves themselves have three threaded fittings. This requires three threaded adapters to use with normal sweated-on piping, so add $15 for those to the purchase price. Even then, I don't like threaded fittings inside of walls, because in my 25 years or so experience doing plumbing, threaded fittings (even with dope/teflon/etc) are always the first place that leaks over time. My soldered joints have never failed.- COMPLEXITY/LEAKS -- The valves ALSO have unions built into them for both inlets (this is presumably because they used threaded fittings, which would require unions in order to turn them onto existing piping). This just adds more complexity and opportunity to leak...- LEAKS -- ...and they do... I tightened them "pretty darn hard" and they were holding water. Before closing the wall, I torture tested them a little by simulating a child operating the shower by jerking on the valves. Sure enough, they both developed slow leaks. I took it all apart, put extra dope into the union, and gorilla-tightened them HARD, which seemed to hold water again.

Beggers can't be choosers
The valve is a replica design of the original 1960 one for a 3" rough-in and 1" th metal lathe plaster wall thus saved a big renovation cost for newer design installations. I am compelled to give it a 4 star but if I had a choice it could easily fall to 3 stars. The vavle body had a few quality issues that did not prevent installation or function for me. If you installed with hard threaded pipe all the way then this valve would fail since the union nut threads on the valve body are not machined plumb (pitched) to the horizontal centerline of the valve. Also. the male adapter of the union needs a hex body to thread to spec. properly

Brass faucet
It fitted nicely into the previous fitting alignment. And all the fittings are made of real brass. Thanks
