Does not work, I ordered another pair.
The amount of force needed in crazy. I am a pretty strong guy and I can’t get this to work. It’ll crush the fittings but the cord comes right out. It’s a simple tool so I have to be doing it correctly. I ordered another one let’s see if the castings were off or something like that.

Crimper is fantastic
The crimper worked like a charm each time. I had no problem affixing my cables and the tension was easily adjusted.

Quality Crimper
This is a quality hydraulic crimper. I was previously using a manual method that I am certain would have been fine for my uses but did bring into question longevity and QC. I decided to grab this crimper as all of my cable is 1/8th inch and I do not have any plans to ever get anything larger... but I still wish it came with a full set for the sake of having them.If this kit ever loses pressure or fails in any way I will do my best to update the review but otherwise this is a high quality crimp from a brand that is known in the cable railing industry for making good product.

Poor quality 1/8” die
Die wasn’t on size, could not crimp effectively. I had to buy another die, it worked but lost a lot of time. Tool worked fine with the replacement die.

Not impressed
18" swagging tool works way better for me. I expected hydrolics to work better and be easier.I'll update review if I change my mind but I wouldn't recommend this product.
