The recipes in this book are delicious, the book is good quality, the art is beautiful. Everything compliments the game it was based on. As a long time player of Stardew Valley I am very happy with this purchase.

From quirky favorites like Strange Buns to hearty staples like Salmon Dinner, every page feels like it’s straight out of Pelican Town. As Stardew fans, I couldn't resist getting this as a gift for my partner. The recipes look great and I love the details that hold true to the game. It's a gorgeous book that we not only love to look at, but so far the recipes taste great!

Short Review: BUY THIS! Also makes a great gift! Long Review: Like the game, this cookbook is truly a work of art that was made with so. much. love. The attention to detail is AMAZING & that feels like an understatement. I can’t even begin to imagine the work that went into developing this book & its recipes. You’ll find tips from the Queen of Sauce, commentary from the townspeople, a note from Grandpa, plenty of junimos & of course, a checklist from Mr. Qi to track your percentage lol. Reaching perfection is definitely a challenge!! These are real, detailed recipes with minimal shortcuts: no pre-made stocks, pie crusts or pizza dough, no store bought cocktail sauce or jello pudding mix. 1 example - the bread & bruschetta recipe includes the recipe to make homemade baguettes! Some of the ingredients are extremely specific & can be expensive or hard to find, especially if you live in the middle of nowhere like me lol. Some will have a substitute listed with it which is helpful. I love to cook & bake; I’ve come across ingredients in this book that I wasn’t familiar with, but that’s nothing a quick google search can’t fix! You can use Google to find substitutes for ingredients you aren’t able to obtain. All that being said, there are no rules. Like the game, there’s no right or wrong way (although some may argue Joja Mart is wrong lol). You can also have additions!! Just enjoy it & HAVE FUN! Buy a baguette from the store if you don’t have time to make bread, buy premade stock… if you don’t want to make Gus’s Famous Marinara Sauce for the Eggplant Parm - pick up a jar from the store! Buy beef burgers to cook for your Survival Burger, but still make the special sauce & toppings! Add sausage to your Complete Breakfast! Maybe some bacon for your Pepper Poppers! Don’t want to make the Peach Salsa for your Crab Cakes? Get a jar at the store! Finally, were you really expecting a cookbook filled with recipes that you can easily prepare right now because you have every item in your pantry? I surely wasn’t! For me, it exceeded my expectations & I would’ve been disappointed had they not provided us with extremely thoughtful & detailed recipes that all tie into the game & it’s characters. Even if you don’t cook/bake, if you’re a HUGE Stardew Valley fan, you need this just as a collectible. Some recipes are difficult yes, but by no means is this book useless! There are still recipes that are simple, less involved & good for beginners. I genuinely feel saddened for anyone not happy with this cookbook. It has brought me so much joy. Here’s a picture of the Blackberry Cobbler I made my friend for her birthday! She loved it!

I'm with love with this! It is a beautiful blend of art and charming recipes perfect for a fan of Stardew Valley such as myself. There are many complex and challenging recipes in here for those who would like to step up their cooking game. A bonus is the amount of fish dishes that are in this book as someone who wants to branch out culinary wise. The little descriptions are so cute and supplement the aesthetics of the book itself. Overall this is a wonderful recipe book for anyone who loves cooking AND Stardew Valley.

Lovely illustrations, wonderful recipes that coincidence with the game. Such a nice cookbook. Bought as a gift for a fan of the game and they were super happy.

El libro de recetas de cocina de Stardew Valley es, sin duda, un regalo para los fans del videojuego. Desde el momento en que lo vi, me encantó por lo bonito que es. Las ilustraciones, la presentación y el diseño en general capturan perfectamente el espíritu acogedor y rústico del juego. Las recetas están bien organizadas y se presentan de manera clara y atractiva, lo que hace que incluso los cocineros novatos puedan probarlas sin dificultad. Es una verdadera joya visual que se destaca tanto en la cocina como en cualquier estante de libros. Sin embargo, hay un inconveniente que no puedo pasar por alto: el retraso en la entrega. Aunque realicé mi pedido mucho antes de la fecha de lanzamiento, el libro tardó casi dos meses en llegar. Este retraso fue frustrante, ya que esperaba disfrutar de las recetas mucho antes, especialmente con la emoción de tener un pedazo del universo Stardew Valley en mis manos. A pesar de la larga espera, una vez que llegó, no me decepcionó, pero el tiempo de espera fue sin duda un inconveniente. En resumen, el libro de recetas de Stardew Valley es absolutamente encantador y una gran adición para cualquier fan del juego o amante de la cocina. Si bien el retraso en el envío fue molesto, el producto en sí vale la pena por su diseño y contenido. Si no te importa esperar, definitivamente es un libro que te alegrará tener en tu colección.

La calidad del libro es increíble, esta hermoso el arte y las recetas no se ven tan complicadas, fue un regalo para mi pareja pero desde que lo abri para revisar que todo estuviera bien, se sentía la calidad, es de pasta dura y las paginas no son de papel delgado, vale la pena aunque si tienes la oportunidad de comprarlo en estados unidos que sale a 20 dlls estaria mejor, pero sino esta es la mejor opcion

The cover and contents were so colourful and well designed. Most, if not all were true to the original dishes in the game. Throughout the book, certain characters from the game, would chip in, especially for their favourite dishes. Absolutely love the book and am looking forward to trying all the dishes!
