Install was easy and it works well. The flames are full and beautiful. All needed items were included. This was exactly what I needed when my old burner corroded. Great value and quality product.

Great product that is well made and comes complete to do the job. The ports are close enough to make for realistic “wood look” fire. Took about 8 minutes to install and works great.

I went the cheap route for these inserts, and boy am I glad I did. Had it installed by a professional (I could have done it myself, but working with gas connections scare me)Gives a beautiful flame with fake logs and the burning ember effect is awesome.

The media could not be loaded. Not sure if this noise will dissipate after a view uses but we tried the gas on different settings and it whistles and makes a loud noise from the gas rushing through the pipes. Our previous kit didn’t make a noise. Hoping after a view uses this will go away, will update this review. Overall it was easy to install and I love the look of the flames.

This was a perfect solution to my wood-to-gas converted fireplace. Fit perfect & fake embers look very real. Well worth it.

Install was easy and looks fine, but the product is so noisy it’s unusable. I first thought maybe I had a kink, but after getting a professional opinion its because of this burner.

The media could not be loaded. At first I could not get it to work!! Did not come with directions but very simple. If you understand, just plumb it straight up to the existing gas line. Install a shut-off valve. Use that to control high and low. Other than that worked flawlessly. Highly would recommend.

It is a complete kit to replace old pan and bummer. Very easy install and is really provides a consistent flame across the back and front burners.
