I like everything in the kit comes with the necessary tools for the cables - I just have not had time to assemble it. This was a good purchase good quality materials and hardware

Expensive but looks great, install was a bit difficult, not for the average DIY person.

Quality product. Had a defective screw but their customer service was fantastic, responsive and promptly took care of getting me a new one.

Can I leave 0 Stars. If I could I would. This railing system was expensive, and at first glance it was solidly built. OK, I guess the build quality is worth one star. Now for the missing stars. The instructions are useless. There is no information about how far each post goes. They only tell you to ensure that the base of the posts are lined up along the edge of the deck. Step 2 is to secure the posts to the decking, but they do not give you any measurements about the distance between each post. This is important as the top railing is pre-measured. So if you are off at all on the spacing of the posts, then the posts will be out of alignment. If I were to do this again, and there is no way I am going to buy this product again, I would do it backwards. I would assemble the entire railing, then stand it up and level each post to ensure they are completely straight before marking and drilling the holes in my deck. The next issue, is that there are no instructions or brackets to finish off this railing system. If you were going to have a continuous railing, then this might not be an issue, but if you plan to stop the railing, then the top plate only covers half of the last post. If that is not bad enough, there are no connectors for the last post, so there is no way to secure either end. They did supply an extra mounting bracket that is used to connect each length of the railing, but there is only one and it would hang out if used, so it is essentially useless. TL;DR Do not waste you money on this railing system. It is not worth the headache. I managed to return this garbage, so the only thing I am out is part of a day and 28 lag holes in my decking. Learn from my mistake and stay far away.

No rail end pieces, this looks more like a section than a whole system, Top railing is about 4" short. I'm a contractor with over 20 years' experience, product looks good but with too many loose ends.

Very east to install. Love that it dosen't obstruct the view of the yard. Great look.

Turned out perfect. I ordered two sets since I had two different areas. Installation was bad. The seller was amazing and customer service great when there was issue with the order.
