Monument Grills 6-Burner Convertible Natural Gas Smart bbq Grill Stainless Steel Denali 605 with BBQ Cover

I like it so far. Gets real hot, it is real nice to be able to look at the lit up knobs to know if they are on or off. (Red light hot/on and blue light cold/off).

I was hesitant on purchasing a grill online. This grill came in well packaged with no damage. It took about an hour to assemble the grill and I purchased the Natural Gas kit with it. The conversion was easy to do while assembly. Following the instructions was easy to do. Highly recommend this grill it cooks even and the stainless is easy to clean. I just clean the glass everytime I do a cook.

Ok let's start with what I thought I was purchasing which was the 605 pro without all the stuff you got from the monument website. Lol it's not it's the 605 a or d so you didn't get stainless bottom or Wi-Fi or the infrared burners. I honestly thought that was what I was getting and just needed to replace some parts to get the pro well lesson learned lol. First burnoff didn't go well but it was also truly cold outside in the low forties and didn't wait long enough for it to get truly hot enough. But second time I used I cooked it was in the fifties and temp was allot higher. Easily into the 600 degrees so happy about that. I set up the rottesieie to do two chickens and the cook was great. Please if your going for the denali 605 pro make sure that you get that one I not the way I went. I will continue to use this bbq hopefully it will do all I want without the infrared burners

I converted my grill to natural gas, and it works well. I've effectively utilized the two probes with the grill. The grill cooks evenly across the burners with no hot spots. I recommended the Denali 605 grill to my daughter for her family; it is an excellent grill for the price.

....consistently leaving you temperature blind.. this doesn't matter for everyday cooking but annoying and not acceptable for the price. There should have been an analogue back up built in. Support is OK but resistant and so I gave up trying to resolve after 3rd instance of the issue.

The media could not be loaded. So they recently upgraded this model and I was unlucky enough to to receive some Frankenstein version where it has parts from the old and the new unit but they aren’t working…, I got the old battery pack with the side burner… but the directions and parts pack are for the new unit…, 2 hours into and I’m ready to chuck this into the garbage!!! Should’ve bought a Weber…,Finally received proper directions on how to wire the unit…… used it for the first time today. The natural gas conversion kit has more leaks than the Iraqi Navy!!!!

I have one of the original monument grills and had great success. So why not stick with a brand I trust! This guy is packed with features I’m still learning the grill and setting plan to update the review periodically over my ownership for tips and tricks and over all follow up!Packaging came nicely packed in two very large boxes. Easy to handle be sure to have a partner setting the top piece on the frame!I’ll post more pictures as well!
