I discovered electrolit when I visited Mexico and couldn’t find it anywhere near me except for Amazon! Especially the horchata flavor. It’s a light and hydrating horchata flavor. I love that it’s not salty like other electrolyte drinks and definitely helps when I’m dehydrated or feeling under the weather

They are much better when cold, and of the other flavors, these taste the best that I’ve had. I also have POTS, so getting drinks that can increase my electrolytes if I’m starting to feel like I’ll pass out that don’t taste horrible has been rough. When I had the flu these were the only things that I could keep down, and have a very light taste. I love having them for backup in case I’m feeling sick or faint. I recommend it for all of my fellow spoonies!
