Love this thing. Is it heavy, I notice it not being in my purse heavy however it charges an iPhone 6-7 times from 5-10% battery level. This things great. Just wish it was lighted

My wife's cellphone often runs out of power at a time when she needs it most. Also our power goes out due to weather frequently. Both situations require a long-life backup batter solution. This unit offers a lot of power and even a built-in light! BOTH features are helpful when the power goes out! To my surprise it arrived with a 100% full charge! So far, with heavy usage, my wife has not used up the full battery. Not sure of how many hours it will last, but she has run her phone on it for well over 3 hours without making much of a dent in the remaining capacity. The unit will simultaneously charge or operate up to three devices and offers fast charging on one of the USB ports. You can use this to power any USB device, though it would not likely be suitable for a standard laptop. It will work with the lightweight laptops and all of our tablets. There are three different USB ports: USB micro, USB standard and USB C. It offers PD3.0/QC4.0 fast-charge which for newer cellphones reduces the charge time considerably. While I haven't timed it I do know that somewhere between 30-50 minutes a dead battery cellphone was fully charged. One of the most useful features is the digital display showing remaining charge. This is a heavier battery than what she had before, but offers over double the capacity making the trade off well worth the extra mass. I am buying a second unit for myself, and am considering getting more to give as useful Christmas and Birthday gifts.

...a quick check after arrival. It came fully charged. We used it to charge our Google Pixel phones. About an hour to get to 100% from 62% on my wife's phone and about 40 minutes for my phone from 73 to 100%. Charger dropped to 82%. It is very, very slow to charge up this unit from 82-100; I can't understand why they'd choose micro USB charging for this function instead of faster USB C, perhaps a cost concern. So maybe another half star off there, but that shouldn't have to be done too often. We purchased this in case of an extended power failure; it will be an emergency only piece of equipment. Good price and should be good for about 500 discharge/recharge cycles. 1 star removed for archaic written instruction manual. Not sure what button on side is supposed to do besides turning flashlight on/off with a 3 sec. press. So, I'd say it's a 3 1/2 star review.

Bought when it was on sale for $19.99. When It goes on sale again I will buy two more probably. Anyone complaining about the weight doesn't understand that heavier weight means it is more powerful. I did a 4 hour live stream on my S22. Without the power bank, my battery will last only 45 minutes while streaming. This power bank kept my battery at 100% for 4 hours and the power bank still has 69% charge left. Amazing. Use the USB C output for the fastest charging rates. I will probably never use the flashlight feature but it's nice to have. It came charged 100%. This fits in my pocket just fine. Again, if you don't like how bulky it is, then buy a smaller charger, but it will not be as powerful. The only negative thing I can think of is the power button is hard to see. Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied for the price.

I was really excited for this power bank. Worked fine for a day and then I used it to charge my iPad and the power bank became unresponsive, wouldn’t turn on or charge. Ordered a replacement that arrived super fast. This time i was careful, read the instructions checked the voltage and everything, but still same issue. It charged my ipad to about 80% and then became unresponsive, screen wouldn’t turn on, wouldn’t take a charge or anything. I will be sending it back for a refund this time instead of a replacement. Really disappointed with this power bank, would not buy again.

I've had several power banks from other manufacturers and they've been great but when you have a device plugged it needs the power level indicator button to be pressed in order to begin. With this unit it automatically senses and starts charging once anything is plugged in and charging. Small detail that makes a huge difference when you just want to charge a device quickly. On the other side it seems to take awhile to charge the unit back up, I have a supercharger and that helps some but doesn't seem to make bunch difference as it takes some time either way. Absolutely recommended for a backpack or laptop bag battery.

I charged this up and it lasted for several hours providing my charging needs. It only dropped to 75%. The problem I had was when I went to charge it again. It would not charge past 86%. I tried different cords and power supplies but no good. Otherwise it was a pretty solid charger.
