Quality and Quick Delivery
Outstanding and delivery was quick! The headset works perfectly. I had bought the same headset at Office Depot and had to return it. This headset from Amazon seller works and it perfect.

Works as expected, fake leather/plastic on ear pads gives out over time.
Worked well for a good two years. Then the fake leather started pealing and leaving black junk in my hair and on ears. Now it's just shedding black foam everywhere, as you can see in the attached photo, the over the head pad is beginning to some apart now as well. They need to sell replacement ear pads for this product.For the price, they lasted a decent amount of time but I hate electronic waste and the fact that it's the foam and plastic that are giving out just hurts my echo senses.No noise cancellation which it never promised, but good sound and the mic works well.With new ear pads I would keep using them for meetings.

Stopped working just a little over 3 months after I bought it
has had issues with my customers not being able to hear me for about a month and stopped working completely today.

Short in wire, didn’t work - returned
I had to return them since they seemed to have some kind of short in the wire and didn’t work.

Great quality and design, sadly it doesn't stay in place
Great headphones, love the leather-like cover design. The headband is too big and, therefore, it won't stay in my head for more than a couple of minutes. I had to send it back.
