Skeptical at first have only been taking them a week I don’t see a huge difference in weight loss none at all actually but I do see a difference in gut health.I have seen these work better for me after breakfast then I won’t get hungry until dinner.Lots of water for sure.Will continue to use.

This product has no APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN IT! THE FIRST THREE INGREDIENTS START WITH GLUCOSE SYRUP,GLUCOSE,AND GLUCOSE PECTIN 🙄 AND HAS APPLE FLAVOR ! VEGETABLE OIL AND CARROT JUICE ! NO ACV!
