Update to review:Someone still messed with it and it was slightly turned so you could see part of the handle of you move it just right … so it’s not fool proof someone could still get water out… so I added the hose lock Bibb along with this product and hope that helps…..——-Extremely simple yet effective. One morning a hobo was bathing using my spigot and watering down a card board box? 😜 🥜 Making a huge mess in front of my apartment and garage. If you hate water thieves and general mess makers then this might work for you. Pop it on, insert the metal bar, lock it, done...very sturdy, no one can twist the handle to turn the water on. Goodbye hobo.

Product works as intended and covers the hose faucet well.

Purchased this for my outdoor water faucet, so my 3 year old would stop turning the hose on and he was able to figure out how to move it to the side to turn the water on anyway. This product also started to rust after 4 days, sad for the price

It was a bit troubling to get it securely around my hose and the water controller, but once on, it did the job.

I never thought I would need one but saw a video that featured something like this and thought what a clever idea and might not be a bad idea to have one. It's pretty easy to install and understand, no instructions needed. I tested it and it is hard to get to the wheel once installed so I believe it will work to keep out thieves. I don't care about how it looks but I did choose the black color to not draw attention. So far I'm happy.

I observed a man working on a house in my neighborhood go from house-to-house until he found a faucet and used the water. My outdoor faucet is 🔐ed.

Was all fine and good until the lock rusted from being outside and now the keys won’t open it. Since this device is for an outside spigot and near water - maybe design it so it can withstand the elements. Now I need to bust it off to use my water. DO NOT BUY.
