Has a funky odor

I didn't like that it didn't have a seal on it and it didn't smell good at all I didn't use it because of smell and no seal on it

My hair: Frizzy, yet thin, yet wavy, yet straight. A mess. Just a mess.Always dry on the ends no matter what I do, or how many trims I get.I got to try out the Better Natured Damage Repair Hair Shampoo, which is why I ordered the Better Natured Color Care Hair Deep Conditioning Balm. I wanted to try them together to see what results I would get. Please note my results were from using both products and no styling products after.The Better Natured Color Care Hair Deep Conditioning Balm went on smoothly. It didn't feel greasy or heavy. It rinsed out evenly and I did not have to spend too much time getting my hair fully rinsed.After I was able to brush my hair without any issues. I let my hair air dry and did not use products or do any styling. That's how I test shampoo and conditioners. I am pleased to say that my hair dried very bouncy and full. I went to sleep and woke up still having bouncy, full volume hair. It has remained that way the entire day.My conclusion is this product is really great for my weird hair texture for when I want volume and fullness. I'm impressed I got that without any blow drying or styling. That's pretty unusual for my type of hair. For this I give five stars. I am glad to have found the Better Natured products to give me an option for when I want my hair to look put together when I don't have any time or energy to style. For this I give five stars.

This is just an Ok conditioner. Since my hair is very thin I only use conditioner on my ends.The formula is like a thick lotion or cream, and you need a bit of force to squeeze it out of the bottle.It has a strong scent right out of the bottle that I can’t quite describe, but I don’t like it. The smell doesn’t linger after the rinse but I still don’t like it.It does untangle my hair well and my ends don’t look dry. I think it’s too heavy though, and I think my ends look more dirty than hydrated.I don’t think it does a great job protecting my color.Seems to be a decent nourishing formula for someone with thicker hair.

I really like this conditioning mask. It really helps to get rid of split ends and makes hair shiny. To enhance the effect of the conditioning, I put this on dry hair and then I use a heated cap to give it a heat treatment as well. I leave it in for about 15 minutes to half hour, sometimes longer. Then I rinse it out and let my hair air dry. I like it

Smell like rotten eggs and so bad. I purchased together with shampoo but shampoo smell ok. Not worth for money.I had to throw away.

12.26.21~ All I use on my sun tortured, color treated hair is balms/masks.So loved the idea of a mask in a tube vs tub that is a challenge in the shower.'Better Natured' balm does work. Gives great body.Maybe not as deep as a condition as I'm used to & need.Definitely need a leave-in with this one.Air dry is frizzy without 2nd step.The tube hole is not quite big enough.Really have to put some muscle in it to squeeze out a thick glob.If you have grip issues may want to consider it a challenge.Smells very floral & does not fade on rinsed hair.It's a bit too rose-like for my taste.I like roses but rose scents don't smell like the flower & this is rose-y.None of these are real deal breakers. Just inconveniences.Like 'Better Natured' as a whole.It's Zotos product which is one of my fave hair colors.For a Cruelty Free, Silicone Free product it's a close 2nd to my fave ABC.

I love Better Natured's shampoo and couldn't wait to try their Color Care Deep Conditioning Balm. After washing with BN shampoo, I applied the balm to my wet hair and allowed it to sit for about 5 minutes, despite the instruction of 1-2 minutes. Its easy to apply, easy to rinse. Doesn't weigh hair down. It does soften and even add a bit of shine to my normally dull hair while at the same time hydrates and eliminates frizz making my natural waves nice and smooth. I especially love that it doesn't cause my color treated hair to fade quickly as other products tend to do.There is a scent that I VERY much like though it doesn't last long.This conditioning balm works very well , delivers excellent results and i don't need to use much product to sufficiently cover my thick, shoulder length hair. The price is reasonable and I definitely recommend!
