This product is very good, useful for heating food on the go. It's very well made and easy to use. It can also be connected to the car or to an outlet. Does not have any strong smell. Quite spacious. In all I think it's great and useful buy.

Great lunch warmer. I had bought another lunch warmer for $100 and it failed to heat anything in the little time that i had so iwas skeptical at first that it would do it's job, but give this about 30 minutes and you will have a warm lunch to enjoy. It's easy to clean and carry and has plenty of room for your meals. This lunch warmer doesn't have a time or temperature to set, its just plug-and-play so its perfect for those who constantly have access to a car 12v socket. It also comes with an actual cord for a wall socket so that's a plus. I've had it for a little over a month so not sure how long it will last but hopefully plenty of time, but if it does break down I will probably just buy another because this has saved me lots of money compared to buying lunch every day when I'm out for work. Overall great product and would recommend.

Necessity for a blue collared guy who isn't around a microwave! My husband said it is simple to use and effective! It is very easy to clean and feels super durable! I can fit plenty of food in it for him!

This lunchbox works a little too well. Nice hot dinner when I'm ready. I add a little water to it when using. Don't forget to check the light on the bottom when you plug it in. Rice tends to stick to the bottom of the pan if let to sit. It's easy enough to clean off the pan later, but the inner pan feels really thin and cheap. The pan is a little big for my meals, it could be smaller. Overall, get this or the crock pot one. Worth it. Hot meals are a delight!

This product makes lunch at work so much easier. I am able to plug it in and let it heat up about 30 minutes before I start lunch and my food is nice and hot when I am ready to go to lunch. It seals nicely with no issues of leaks. Easy to keep clean and small enough to store it conveniently. I liked this product so much I bought one for my dad to take out on his boat while fishing.

I purchased this self-warming lunch box and was very impressed with the quality and functionality. It heats up quickly and is super convenient for job sites and on-the-go meals. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and left a plastic container inside during testing, which caused it to melt. The issue was entirely my fault.I reached out to the company just to see if I could buy a replacement container. To my surprise, their customer support responded quickly and kindly — they didn’t just brush it off. Even though they don’t sell the containers separately, they offered me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. I wasn’t expecting that, and it honestly blew me away.Top-tier product, backed by a company that truly values its customers. I’ll be buying another one just to support that kind of service. I bought this to take camping and use with my Jackery. It worked great, heating up my leftovers. I don’t like messing with a fire or even a propane stove for “easy meals.” I also used it to heat a can of soup here at home. Looking for ways to save electricity and testing ways to cook during a power outage. Going to try making oatmeal using whole oats (not reheat) tomorrow. I think it will take awhile, but it should work fine.

Great product by a company that stands by it. I had one in the past that I broke. I ordered a replacement back in Apr and it was defective. I contacted the company. They asked for a brief description of the issue I was having (Plug wouldn’t work) and immediately sent me a replacement. Love how hot the food gets and appreciate solid customer service.
