L'Epicurien is a company founded by a Master Jam Maker and that has, for more than 30 years, been making wonderful jams and much more. In this jam we wanted to bring together the main ingredients of the 13 traditional Christmas desserts in Provence. We made this culinary delight by adding mendiants, raisins, hazelnuts, almonds and spices, such as cinnamon, star anise, cloves, coriander, anise and ginger, to apples and pears. A winter jam to enjoy with afternoon tea or to give as a gift.
